Ewood Park
Decent ground for away fans, good views of the pitch from behind the goal. Typical options for food - pies, hot dogs, crisps and chocolate.

Ewood Park, the historic home of Blackburn Rovers Football Club, is a stadium with a rich and storied past that continues to be a cherished venue for football fans. As you approach this venerable ground, you're immediately struck by its classic charm and the sense of tradition that surrounds it.The stadium, nestled in the heart of Blackburn, is a testament to the enduring love affair between the club and its passionate supporters. Its distinctive red-brick exterior and the iconic Darwen End stand proudly symbolize the club's long-standing presence in English football.Inside the stadium, the atmosphere is electric on matchdays. The roar of the crowd, the chanting from the stands, and the excitement in the air make it a thrilling place to watch football. The pitch, meticulously maintained, provides a perfect stage for the beautiful game.Ewood Park also boasts a warm and friendly feel. The concourses are well-maintained, and the staff is known for their hospitality, ensuring that visitors have a pleasant experience. The club's museum, showcasing Blackburn Rovers' proud history, is a must-visit for football aficionados. While Ewood Park may not be the largest stadium in the country, it's undeniably one of the most welcoming and steeped in tradition. Went to the halal food festival here. Lots of stalls, food entertainment etc. A good day out with the children they enjoyed the rides and there was also the Naat/Qawali performed by brother Abdullah which were Recited beautifully.

Once inside the ground, the view from the away is not too bad.Be prepared to be searched regardless of age or gender - every away supporter is checked. However, the security staff are polite and have a sense of humour - not evident at some away grounds. The food is as expected, but there is a McDonald's 150 yards from the ground, but it does get rammed. Arrive early if a Maccy D is your thing. There is not much parking around the ground. We used a parking app to book a driveway yo park on - only about £6 and 5 minute walk to the ground. The roads around the ground are steep and not that well maintained - at least where we were. The less mobile need to take care. The only other mention is the lack of atmosphere. The away end is noisy but the home crowd? Not so much.Still a good day out.

Very poor establishment and bitter against their rivals. However they will forever be aware that their rivals Burnley won the league at their own ground. Could only muster around 16k home fans for a derby against their rivals despite it being their best season for years. Despite winning their last game of the season they were beaten into the playoffs by a team that was managed by a manager who was hounded out by their fans the previous season. Wouldn't recommend attending

Had a great day out here on Saturday, especially as Leeds won 2 -0. Sampled a 'butter pie' for the first time ever - creamy potato in a pie, very nice!

A good ground to visit which works hard to accommodate away supporters, but keep an eye out for the cops who arent keen on visitors using the local pubs in nearby Mill Hill. Get in early and possibly keep your colours hidden

A large number of us were looking for a place to hold a celebration in April this year, and although they said they couldn't accommodate us all, everyone who attended had the most amazing night. Highly recommended for anyone looking to hold a title winning party or for people just looking to have a good time from local areas like Burnley or Preston
