Our experience was absolutely amazing. The team arrived and set up at the time they promised and we were enjoying the hot tub within a couple of hours. We had absolutely no issues and it was all really straight forward. We emptied the hot tub and it was taken away without any complications. We loved using it and recommend LA hot tubs to anyone - absolutely brilliant all round ❤️

I hired a 6 person hot tub for my 2 daughters birthdays and the level of service was fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time and set it up fully. The equipment was really top quality at a very good price. I will definitely be using this company again. 100% satisfied thank you!

Didn't want to give any stars for this but it wouldn't let me leave the review without at least one. Booked a bouncy castle for my grandson's birthday party, paid my deposit and immediately got a booking confirmation email. I was told delivery would be before 11am - no one turned up with the bouncy castle and no one bothered to answer the phone when I called chasing the delivery. Absolutely disgusting !!!!!!!!

I 100% recommend La Hot Tub Hire! Hayden communicated with me clearly from the beginning and accommodated me after I messed the booking dates up. The lovely guys that did the setup and pack down were very quick and efficient. I couldn't believe how fast they got it done and everything looked great. Their maintenance instructions were easy to follow too.I hired 2 hot tubs with gazebos and fairy lights and it it was all excellent value for money. I have rebooked for my birthday in October! Thanks guys, had an amazing hen party!

I hired the hot tub for the weekend for my birthday and it was great! Communication was efficient, drop off service was earlier than expected which was even better! Help sheet for instructions was clear and easy to follow.Would recommend x

AmaZing service from LA hot tubs. Very reasonably priced, very friendly and professional and excellent communication throughout! Will definitely be hiring again in the near future!
