Awful. I wrote to UK paintball to explain how bad it was. Never again for our group that does it yearly.

After booking and receiving confirmation, UK PAINTBALL left it to the very last minute to call and cancel my booking as they simply didnt have enough interest.My party was booked for x5 people anx the cancellation upset the children.I am still yet to recieve a refund..

The boys really enjoyed themselvesThey said that it was explained well to them what they had to do. They had a brilliant day

Brilliant day of paintballing. I took my 12 year old son and friend with his dad for his 12th Birthday and we all have a great time.Good Marshalls.Great Safety and Instructions.Amazing Location and Games Zones.High recommend.

Great fun, easy, lively games in a great setting.The instructor was fantastic, my younger sister was a little overwhelmed at first and he made sure he had an eye on her in future games and even called her to a better, more hidden 'sniper spot' when I was engaging in play.The only downsides were the 2nd arena of games were 2plus miles away hiking up hills which most of the days group ( Not just us 4) were not keen on doing so we had just the 3 games to use.There were no safety lockers to stores keys, wallets etc in, we could leave with the guys running it (who no doubt are very trustworthy but strangers to us) or in our cars which were out of sight.Neither of those points are personal, the guys running it were fantastic, many thanks for a great day.

To be honest not the best place I've ever been paintballing. No on site parking any personal belongings are left at own risk which they kept implementing. No toilets from what I saw. Marshalls are very young and very rude. Didn't seem to care my goggles were fogged up and couldn't see anything. Did two games and gave up in the end. The amount of money they rake in they could at least make the facilities better shelters lockers more seating in the safe zones maybe

Absolutely amazing.My son had a fantastic day here staff were all friendly and helpful. Safety was always a first which helped smooth the day out.My son can't wait to come back and try out airsoft.Thank you allFully recommend canterbury site

Visited back in May for my friends belated birthday post lockdown. I was given a gun that jammed on multiple occasions, and I’d managed to spend the initial £30 paintball bundle in two games due to the gun that was issued misfiring constantly.I gave this gun to the stewards and was given a replacement and a free round, however this problem kept on persisting even with the other gun leading me to spend £60 in total (whilst everyone I was with was still on their starter bundle) and not even being able to operate the weapon properly.I spoke to the guy in charge when we had to pay and his response was “we’ve been running this place for 50 years and we’ve never had issues before”. Don’t go it’s a complete waste of money, I can only give credit to the Marshall’s that tried to help me but the owner was rude and disbelieving, not worth your time or money Quex Park and surrounding venues are much better

We had an amazing day and a great laugh! It was very well organised with varied games and constant action which gave the stag group a chance to shot the stag. I would highly recommend and definitely will be going again.
