Fantastic, terrific and remarkable service from Sinclair Hyundai and the selfless Simon Truckle. I bought my very first new car from here and from the moment I enquired about it, I knew I was in good hands. The team at Sinclair Hyundai and Simon were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My very first time buying a car from a dealership and I must say that this experience has left a positive mark in my memory as it was so well thought out and organised. The facilities are exceptional, clean and tidy. Thoroughly pleasing experience to purchase a car through this dealership and everyone has been so kind and nothing is ever too much trouble. Simon in particular has helped me give my car that individual look by sourcing me small aesthetic modifications to make it standout from the rest. I have nothing but positive and kind words to say about the dealership and Simon for the generosity and time they took out to make my transaction with them feel so effortless and meaningful. I was offered to have the car delivered but I'm so glad I chose to collect it was much more special to collect and well worth travelling 6 hours in total to collect.Simon is a credit to the company and I very much appreciate what he and the team have done to help me get my car! Simon made the process of buying a car a great experience.However, I've had endless issues with the car and the service department failing to fix it in a professional manner. I've since sent a complaint and waiting for it to be resolved. I've updated my score to reflect my experience so far.

No parts for Landover here, sales only. Parts department is some distance away on a trading estate and not well signposted, would be better if they could make it clear they do not have parts here or add the parts department to Google maps or similar

We had our Hyundai I40 service at Sinclair's at Aberystwyth, we found the staff to very professional, friendly and really helpful. The facilities to wait in were excellent, clean, tidy complete with hot drinks and biscuits. The video of the service was amazing, it was good to see such transparency, top marks to Sinclair's for that innovation, it made such a difference. In fact, it made having the car serviced a pleasure; so much so, we recommended it to our son, and when he visited he took his I20 there rather than have it serviced in England!
