Always fantastic. Everyone I have ever spoken to on the phone for my orders has been so lovely and helpful. I always put down the phone and think what an excellent example of top customer service they consistently are. The deliver is always insanely fast. They clearly have super efficient systems in place and only have extremely lovely people on the team. Highly recommend them for their product, service and customer care :)

Superb service, after being letd down for the 2nd and final time by Calor Gas Ltd. Firewood Supplies Ltd came to our aid in superfast turn around time. From calling on weds the 2 x 47kg gas bottles were delivered before 12 on that Friday. Customer service second to none! Thank you.

Super helpful company! Delivered our calor gas cannisters the next day when we had run out completely, explained how to know when one was empty and switch it over to the other (we've never not been on mains gas before). Brilliant service!
