Bunch of dobbers thinking they run the gaff because they own some buses. Id rather go on foot than get in one of those dodgy buses. They smell like a sewer. Useless.

When bus drivers are attacked and racially abused no training given to be able to deal with this or to be able to handle a situation of racism no audio on busses either so bus drivers words against the passengers when your meant to be keeping your driver's safe.. and clearly ain't. This is a joke of a company and clearly ain't concerned for the safety of the drivers can't get of the his but it's okay for them to come on and assult drivers and there the ones who get let go when they was defending them self that's how poor of a company use are no training given no compassion just the blame game when use don't have audio that's your fault and use need to update as do better because right now use suck and are a joke and shouldn't even be a company get a grip and look after your staff instead of dismissing them when there the ones who are attacked the police see the same CCTV as use and use come to a different conclusion as use do yet use let the driver go yet the passengers who attacked the drivers are arrested and charged yet use let the driver go who got no charges for the situation at all the driver was not in the wrong use clearly are and use tried too blame the driver so use can avoid a law suit but infact you should be sued for dismissing a racial abuse attacks on your driver and expect them to sit and take it

Bus 75 is the most unreliable of the first buses. Being for almost an hour yet, this bus hasn't shown up. It keeps missing it schedule.

Have the bus app ,not always working well . Buses disappear. . Expensive . Unreliable . Across town journey very slow .1 star for bus turning up on Saturday

They don't know how to properly setup contactless payments like apple pay, so the transactions will be declined even if you have sufficient funds and have setup travel notifications with your card compqny. This means you can only use your card once before their system blocks it, but hey you get a free bus ride.

Today I contacted First bus about an incident that happened over the weekend a no 75 bus driver reversed into our workplace in Glasgow doing a u turn in doing so they have damaged the bus possibly the sump spilling oil everywere . And as of yet not responded .Clearly unaware of the incident ...the management responded swiftly to clean the mess

I have lost my phone in one of their bus and lost property cell of first bus returned back the same to me. The staff at lost property department is very kind and helpful. It was great experience and all thanks to lost property department and first bus.

Older woman who mans the lost property is unprofessional and extremely rude to say the least. Asked my girlfriend to get my phone from lost property as I have my location on my phone incase it gets lost and knew it was there. It’s my fault for losing it but it’s a simple mistake everyone has made. Instead of being helpful they actually YELLED at my girlfriend at one point. Upon my phone being returned, my sim card is gone. I have genuinely plenty of proof that it was one of the employees that stole my sim card as I received a call on my girlfriend’s phone from my own number at 1:02am when my phone was pinging the location exactly at the depot…and suddenly my phone disappears and the sim card gets stolen.The employees need something better to do with their lives than gatekeep the phones
