Large motor company

Bought a vauxhall insignia 2015 plate a few weeks back now. Arrived and was welcome by two lovely gentleman I was left to look around the car it had just had a new MOT put on it and also a small service. the car was lovely and clean and was exactly how it was described on the add. I purchased the car and on my way home I came across a minor fault with the car I then phoned the garage and they asked me to return to the garage so they could have a look at it. I arrived back and they got it straight to the garage to get the issue resolved. unfortunately it was late in the day and they wanted to make sure they sorted the problem correctly so they gave me their courtesy car and offered to drop the car off the in the following few days to my house. I received a phone call within a day and a half that the car was sorted. I actually went to pick the car up as it was convenient for myself. when I arrived they could only apologise but to be honest these things genuinely do happen with cars. I have had the car for around a few weeks now and it's a lovely car I'm over the moon with it! would one hundred percent recommend this dealership they are genuine people who take pride in what they do. thank you

Great experience with sale and even gave me a competitive trade in price on my old car will definitely deal with large motors again in the near future

Excellent customer service and superb Vw golf.Excellent customer service and will be using again when looking for my next car. The sales guy was fantastic and very considerate of my current situation.Gave me helpful advice & advised me to sleep on it if I was unsure which I did , I then called the next morning to pay my deposit & promptly received a call as agreed once the car was ready for me.Never been told to do that before.

These guys are awesome. Super trustworthy and friendly, didn't at all feel like they were trying to rip me off. Really knowledgeable about cars and confident in what they are selling. Best of all, they treated me with so much respect and didn't talk down to me as a women buying a car.Really good post buyer support, engine light came on as a drove home (nothing wrong with the car, it was because the battery needed recharging when I picked it up). I rang them and they said to bring it back straight away (even though it was way past closing) and did a full diagnostic, reset the light and told me to bring it back if there are any problems (which there hasn't been since). Would absolutely recommend.
