The Balloch House
18th century pub with great view and ambiance near the Shores / Loch Lomond Park. Lots of space outside as well if you don't want to sit inside on a bright sunny ☀️ day.Food was great / fresh but a bit costly for obvious reasons.I am deducting one star because waiting time was too much. Even though I went there on a very busy weekend with lots of tourists hanging around, I would not like to wait for 40min just for the starter to come. Not complaining, but this part could be improved for a classic balloch experience ✨ Overall, a great pub ✨ (even for non drinkers :))

The Balloch House
Our dinner at The Balloch House after visiting Loch Lamond was just perfect. From the comfy and cozy seating area to the very broad menu with lots of yummy food to the delightful service. It was actually one of our favorite meals during our UK trip! Make sure you get the garlic flatbread to start and save some room for desert. Limited parking is available behind the restaurant and we enjoyed a nice walk along the water before we ate.

We had the fixed price menu, 2 courses for 14.99. Absolutely delicious food and good value for money. The Arancini starter was superb. The staff are friendly and attentive, we were served by Elaine. Highly recommend.

Stopped at Balloch House after a walk with the dogs, Pub is dog friendly.We were served by Rowan who was very happy and helpful with great service!Food was delicious and came quickly.

Amazing spot by the loch. So comfortable even on a rainy day and when the fire places are going time slips away. Megan offer top shelf service and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Overall a nice typical Scottish pub. Food was average and the steak a bit chewy. Staff were friendly but slow and not much attention to details.

Bad experience due to Diane's comment.We got 6 min late and then were waiting to be seated for roughly 4 min. Diane said she was about to give our table away because we were late. Their website clearly states that tables will be reserved for 15 min.25% of the restaurant was empty that evening and we saw 3 tables empty just next to us during our visit.I must admit, the rest of the staff are very friendly and checked on us multiple times.The food is quite good if you check the pictures they look very basic. There's not much for the price you pay. Bar apologised they don't have the ingredient for the drink on the menu but provided an alternative.
