Ordered online the night before, got a text that it was available to collect 5 mins after the shop opened! Thank you to David who served me. Can easily say all the staff (including David who served me today) I’ve met at the Bon accord branch have been nothing but honest, helpful and nice. Got the best rate I could find on Turkish lira in Aberdeen and in store too (which was a surprise as online is usually better) would definitely recommend and can’t fault, even for a busy store they set the customer service standards high for competitors.

Very easy and quick. David was very friendly. I got denominations of €20 which was great as i thought they might give me €50 but they are so large when you want to buy smaller things abroad.
