Had very good service from apple flooring, very friendly and knowledgable, honest and gets a kick out of satisfied customers I genuinely believe my happiest with the end result was importantEveryone I dealt with was friendly, honest people they went above and beyond expectation. Whilst the rep and fitters were here I felt comfortable and safe being on my own and would have been happy to leave the fitters to it if I needed to go out.I would definitely go back for future flooring needs and would strongly recommend

Mark and the Apple team were brilliant from start to finish. We ordered 70m2 of a beautiful quality extra wide/long Boen floor, at a price that was way lower than anything we could find in the UK (or even on import). I called Boen direct for reassurance before ordering and they knew Mark very well and gave us all the confidence to progress. Mark’s a really nice person too, which made a big difference. Definitely recommend!

10/10 I would highly recommend, we love our new floor. We had been looking around for flooring for some time and decided to go with Apple Flooring. The show room has a huge variety of brands all at different price points and styles, we was allowed to take samples home. Mark is very knowledgeable about the products as well as the fit out needs and prep works, which really helped us out and save money. We ended up going with the Invictus range, this was very reasonably priced and looks amazing. Mark came out to our house to measure up correctly, we was advised that any unused flooring box could be returned for a full refund.

After looking around all flooring companies around Basildon (Yes I am local), My wife and myself had some doubt of how the flooring and which type we should have gone with. After visiting Apple Flooring with low expectation (we had terrible luck trying to find perfect one) and we felt we have won the lottery after found the perfect colour. LVT is really new to us as Mark explained to us of the set up of the fitting. The fitting team were great and they kept me informed of their progression and done what I have asked of them (flush with the kitchen tile). I would recommend Apple Flooring to friends (once they come around to our place) Many Thanks to Mark and Grace.

Great experience dealing with Mark and Grace. I had a flooring fitter booked which gave me a tight turnaround to get everything ordered, they were very helpful at find a flooring which matched my budget, deadlines and style.They also delivered directly to our house in Derby, which was great.Strongly recommend!!

Amazing service. We went to the showroom after recommendations from our neighbours. Mark was welcoming and knowledgeable. He someone out to measure up the following week and we had our new floor down a week later. Lance and Brad were lovely and did a fantastic job. They even returned on Saturday (their day off) to fit our skirting boards. Something that they were not booked to do but helped us out as my husband is useless with DIY. Mark called us once the job was complete to make sure we were happy. Mark was great with keeping us updated even whilst he was on holiday. I would highly recommend apple flooring they won't disappoint.

After having a little difficulty finding a suitable company to replace our kitchen floor, we were recommended Apple Flooring in Basildon. We went along and met Mark, and were immediately impressed with his helpfulness and knowledge. With his help we soon chose our flooring and he came round a week later to measure up and provide us with a very competitive quote. We agreed a start date and Dan the fitter arrived on time on that day. The work took 2 days to complete and Dan left the kitchen clean and tidy each day. Dan was a great guy, a pleasure to have in the house and did a really great job. Really pleased with everything, and can recommend Apple Flooring and will use them again.

Always sound advice, we have had our entire office facility installed by Apple flooring and the attention to detail is 100% and the design and choice of material was all undertaken by Mark at a price that was very reasonable. We have made recommendations to staff and our own customers and have heard equally great things !
