Really happy with the quality and speed of the work. NGA are really professional, highly responsive, communicate very well, and do great work. We found them after a series of negative experiences with other electricians, so it was great to find a company that answers calls and texts, shows up when they say they are going to, delivers quotes promptly, and follows through on everything they said they would do. Definitely recommend!

Alan did a great job and was very prompt and polite. He answered all our general questions and did a great job. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend.

After being flooded out by an upstairs neighbour and our ceiling collapsing, I called NGA Electrical Services. Alan the electrician came out, at the time arranged between myself and Pauline at the NGA office, and made our electrics safe. He is a very pleasant young man and was very efficient.It took almost four months for our bathroom to dry out enough to have a new ceiling put in, so I called back in between time to update Pauline and let her know we still had no ceiling yet.After having the new ceiling fitted, I called back to the office and spoke with Pauline again. She gave me a day and time, which suited me perfectly, for Alan to come back and reconnect our bathroom light and the light-pull. He arrived within the arranged time slot and I even received a text to let me know he was on his way here. Again, as before, Alan was very pleasant and efficient.I would highly recommend NGA Electrical Services and I would certainly use this company again.

Sexism and misogyny are alive and well. Nice lads but a somewhat rushed job and other jobs quoted for were not well thought out - having had other electricians out (very difficult to find a good one in Stirling it has to be said; so if in doubt, wait). It was one big party with work carried out on empty stomachs, fuelled by energy drinks and stories about another (silly female) customer. One of the owners was reactive and unreasonable on the phone, making ludicrous suggestions, when I complained. He then said he would come out, but sent a colleague to face the music instead (who knew another tradesman at my house at that time who turned out to be a charlatan, and with whom he had a nice big friendly chat - which hardly imbued one with confidence). I was promptly phoned for payment (the only reasonable aspect to this outfit) - within minutes of my complaint. Maybe concerned they wouldn’t be paid.It is an interesting way to run a business and would not fit with everybody’s values. But if they get away with it then so be it. It is safe to say that if you are a female on your own, they are best avoided. I really got messed around before the boys even turned up for the jobs. They only had time to complete one. Thank goodness. It was in everybody’s interests that no further work was carried out by this company. It was not professional at all. And there was a serious lack of good conduct and politeness.

We needed a couple of Landlord safety checks in a hurry,this was arranged and done rapidly,however both needed remedial work.Quotes were prepared quickly and on acceptance were carried out a few days later,great job and service from all at NGA,thank you again to Logan and Martin.

We had a handful of smallish tasks around the house; Alan turned up on time and cheerfully worked his way through them. He was friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. I will be happy to use them again.

NGA did my electrical report when I moved into my flat. As a result they changed my fuse box; made a switch, that had burnt, safe and installed two smoke alarms and a heat alarm so that my flat is now safe and compliant with regulations.Not long after they did all the electrical work for my new kitchen (installed spurs and appliances, under-cabinet lights); put in a new light fitting, new extractor fan in my shower room and heater.I am very happy with all the work done. The guys have done an amazing job!

My recent encounter with this company has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I needed a LAN cable to be installed from the ceiling, running off the socket just like the power cable they had previously set up. Given the distance between the pinpoint and the server, I anticipated the possibility of requiring a new LAN cable.Initiating contact on a Friday, I stressed the urgency of the situation and offered to pay extra for an immediate call-out. Their initial response gave me a glimmer of hope as they assured me, I'll speak with the manager and get back to you asap." However

These guys are amazing. Sockets blanked off X5. Prompt, professional, price very affordable. would definitely use again without a doubt. Thanks again

A very polite young man arrived on time and fitted a new cooker hood as requested in good time seemingly with little trouble, and it was easy to pay directly also. A job well done would definitely recommend them and we shall use them again.
