Fabulous shoes but because they are so different I can't get a matching bag anywhere. Surely Embassy are missing a massive opportunity! Sorry, was very unkind, shoes are surely a 5 star, but want a skin/ green suede bag to match!

Embassy London in Camden Town is a haven for shoe enthusiasts. The exquisite Italian craftsmanship of their shoes is truly remarkable, offering both beauty and originality. I received a sale email so decided to pay a visit to the Greenwich store as I was in the area. Rosa G was there to welcome me with a smile as always. I tried on the Artisan - Red Rose and Houndstooth shoes (which were the ones I had gone in to buy) and also saw the Vera (store only shoe) in the same colour way and in black. Rosa quickly found my size (37) and helped me to decide between the different styles. I already have several pairs of Embassy shoes and Rosa remembers me and my style every time I call in to the shop. I bought the Artisan in red and the Vera in black. I wore the Vera today and received so many compliments. They were also very comfortable. I will wear the Artisan to work tomorrow and know they will be noticed immediately. I can’t wait for the next season’s styles (although I may have to make more room in the wardrobe!). I would not hesitate to recommend Embassy to anyone who wants comfortable, good quality shoes that will be noticed!

I absolutely adore my new shoes from Embassy London! I went to their shop at Greenwich Market because I wanted to try them on before buying. Holly was amazing, she went the extra mile to see I was happy. This is pair 22 btw!

I visited the Embassy shop in Brighton on Saturday and received wonderful service from Winnie. She was so helpful in fetching different boots for me to try. It was a great buying experience and I am delighted with my new boots!

My partner got me a pair of boots from here for Christmas, and I'm absolutely in love with them. The leather is so soft, they're so comfortable, and they look amazing — everyone keeps commenting on them. In love, and planning to buy another pair soon hopefully!!

Was looking for some shoes to give my wife for our anniversary. After some searching, we found Embassy on Bond St. in Brighton. Can’t say enough about the selection of shoes, and turns out my wife found a lovely pair, and so did I. Winnie was beyond helpful, and the other member of staff, whose name I can’t remember together created a relaxed, convivial atmosphere that one hardly expects in a shoe store.Overall, great shopping experience.

I had seen some shoes online I wanted to try so popped to the Greenwich shop. I am in between sizes and have shoes/boots from Embassy, sizing both up and down, with neither quite right. Rosa was super helpful and friendly. I didn’t know there was a sale on, so I’m even happier with my purchase. I have wide feet so the Laviva is perfect, soft and comfortable. Of course, also stylish. Rosa advised me to size down and she was right. Perfect fit.

Beautiful shoes, but with normal (office) use the stitching came loose after 3 months. I think that is too soon for the price of the shoes. This withholds me from buying another pair, eventhough I really like them!
