Cass Art rocks. I was served on Sunday 6th August 2023. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and quick to give aid. Bethany even remembered items I needed from a phone call I gave the store. I will definitely go again

Went in to buy some brushes, they didnt have what I wanted. Their Web site said they were In stock at that store. Brought some others @ £3.95 each. I later saw the same brushes in hobbycraft for £2 each. Not very happy.Update on review.Cass art have contacted me about my review. They have given me £6.80p refund for the price difference on the brushes I had bought.Regarding the Georgian brushes I wanted to buy, I hadn’t noticed the online only sentence on the web site it is in small writing.So I’d like to alter my Stars award to 5*****

Well stocked art supplies shop. Prices vary, can get some good buys... Just bought a floor standing daylight lamp for £70 less than elsewhere, but then some of the basic artists sundries can be expensive Staff helpful

Popped In yesterday with my Dad for some advice on some paints to repair some ornaments. Both guys in the shop were super friendly, helpful and took the time to have a proper chat to us. Thanks guys!

Love Cass Art, even just to pop in to get some inspiration. Staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. So pleased that we have this store on our highstreet.

Great stuff, however bald guy with the beard, needs to improve his customer service skills, rude, blunt and weird. Better of working in a Zoo.

I was served on 02/05/23 at 11:59 or so, and the two men working at the store were extremely kind and helpful. More helpful than I could ever ask for from a store assistant. They really went above and beyond for me, even pointing out and giving me advice on the best markers I could buy, helping me with my acetate sheets when I realised I bought the wrong ones, etc. I was really just blown away at how considerate and thoughtful they were and I will always come here when I need art supplies from now on. This was my first time ever visiting this store and it definitely won’t be the last because of these people! It’s just unfortunate that I couldn’t get their names.

Came in with my partner for the first time yesterday. Got to say the stock content is fantastic. The staff absolutely wonderful. The spray paints and posca display are something else!Will be using again for sure

Bald guy should be fired. Went with a friend to buy some sketchbooks and immediately walked out after hearing him talk about some person being “exotic”. Very weird, racist and uncomfortable.Also felt like we were being closely watched by another member of staff.I’ve been to the store with my mum prior to purchase an easel which was great quality but she also remarked being uncomfortable in the store when we came out.Edit: Spoke to a team member on the phone about this after dropping an email.They offered a welcome back to the store and free gifts. Declined as not comfortable returning.
