Amazon Sheffield depot

I have just been woken up by an amazon delivery dtiver. Because the parcel wasnt for me,i didnt let him in. Because of this I was greeted by him swearing at me. I work nights and dont appreciate this attitude.DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service....I wish i wouldn't even start dealing with this amazing carrier. After 5 days of waiting for one day delivery i had to actually contact the customer service, where they tried to bullshit me about everything. At the end they returned the package for me and replaced with a new order: since this happened on Saturday, the order could dispatch only on Monday and on Monday i've got the notification that hopefully my package will arrive on Friday... It total waiting for one day delivery 2 weeks... and i'm not really convinced that actually it will arrive this time.Of course the carrier never showed up....Worse experience ever!!!

One of your drivers has just flew behind us and cut us up nearly forcing us off the road onto the hard shoulder getting on to the m1 assumingly trying to keep up with the other amazon van in front.We had to slam on and he scared the car in front of him too we sounded the horn and funnily enough so did the lorry behind us .. explains the dents in the back if the van if you ask me.We was doing 65 mph so no need to rush when he would have had a clear run in about 20 yards.Was at 11:10 Sheffield meadowhall roundabout entering the m1 northbound. Vehicle reg KN70LBJPlease have a word and explain he's not in a rally car he's in a work van and bullying his way through traffic isn't exactly proffesional no matter how much of a rush your in you can't force drivers out the way just to deliver a pencil or hairdryer mine and my wife's life is far more important.

If Amazon Logistics try to deliver while you are out, they leave a handy little card stuck into the edge of your door letting any passing opportunist burgular know that you're not at home. I don't know why the courier couldn't pop the card through the letterbox on the very same door, baffling! Additionally, I'm not sure if the courier or a passing burgular also tried letting themselves into my garage. Poor show. 1 star.

I'v always find the drivers polite, professionaland very nice, today however I had a parcel delivered by someone that had not only opened the parcel but with the person he had in the van was pointing and laughing at my home. I found this very disrespectful and not at all professional.

Two days this week I have had delivery from Amazon. both drivers attempted to post parcels through wrong neighbour's letter boxes.It's a good job I noticed they were in my street otherwise someone else would have got my parcel.Not very happy this has happened twice in one week.

The drivers claim they have delivered the item by pulling up on your street getting geotagged on your road as though they are delivering. They don't get out of their vehicle and the drive off with your order and keep it themdelves. Loads of videos online showing drivers stealing the items they should have delivered.

I am surprised how such a big company is such a mess, no queue at all people just jump in front of you, some of the employees save easier shifts for their friends. Drivers walk into warehouse and check postcode on parcels then decide if they want to do it or not. As it said on the app it should be fist come first served not reserving easier shifts for people you know.

Gave me a delivery window of 12:15pm - 3:15pm. Watched as the driver went past my house at 2pm and didn't stop to deliver my parcel. Kept the delivery tracking webpage open all day watching him drive all around Netherthorpe, Upperthorpe and Neepsend with a 'Still arriving today' message on display. Clearly this was a lie as at 9:20pm I watched as the driver returned to this depot with my parcel undelivered, and now not scheduled to arrive until tomorrow. Not sure why I bother paying for prime if their logistics system can't tell the driver to stop and deliver my package when driving past my house. Also Jeff Bezos is a horrible employer and billionaires shouldn't exist.

Left two parcels outside in a rainstorm instead of my porch. No attempt to ring or knock at the door. Outside porch door was unlocked house lights where on. On!y when checking why delivery was late did I find the photo of the parcels in the.corner of the garden. Suggest they only employ drivers with a brain in future.One parcel contained a book costing over 35 pounds.
