Order was sent wrong someone else got mine an when delivery driver went back to get it and brought to us the large fries had been half eaten the fillet of fish was not even in the bun it was also cold have requested a refund but that was a week ago and still nothing absolutely disgusting

Customer service is shocking, when you order something they give you something different when I told them this she said that's what you've paid for give me the food back that was it. It was at the drive threw 5pm. They need to lean how to deal with Customers. McDonald's isn't like what it used to be like its slower then normal it's run by kids who just don't care about Customer service.If it was my restaurant the staff would be getting a lot more training.This isn't the first time this has happened you need to look into this.

Picked up an order. Got home, and realised they had not put the burgers for the meals I the bag. Had to go back, and when I did, they had obviously been sat on the side since I'd left.

The management of this place is severely lacking, resulting in a poorly run establishment. The staff's inefficiency is evident when they consistently make customers wait for 20 minutes for their food during drive-through orders. Furthermore, the food is consistently served cold, and the staff members appear to lack any sense of warmth or genuine customer service

The 2nd time eating here after saying I’d never come back! Nothing has changedThe food is freezing, you have to wait for your order in the car park instead of receiving your food at the window which takes ages.it seems like a ridiculous way of doing it to me but each to there own.When I got home i checked my bag of food to see half of the stuff I ordered wasn’t even in the bag!!!! Absolute shambles I’ve said it once before and I’ll never say it again I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!

A couple of weeks ago i tried to use this place they took my order and then they had a power failure. Tried again just now. This time they took my order and then their systems went down. That won't be the staff's fault. But Macdonald's really need to sort their infrastructure out. If this sort of thing has happened to me on both occasions in the last couple of weeks. It must be happening a lot at this site.

I ordered 2 big mac meals and a happy meal for myself and my 2 children who are 12&8. It was delivered by just eat, the food was freezing and a burger was missing. I took it straight to the store where I was told to request a refund on the app. I advised the manager I didn't have the money to replace the food and wait for a refund (if I get one) from just eat. She said there was nothing she could do and walked away. I asked to speak to another manager as I was very upset because I didn't have £50 to pay out tonight for a mcdonalds. This manager said he would sort it for me and came back with 2 happy meals.i felt very embarrassed as customers had gathered around me because I was clearly upset. The manager walked out of sight and refused to speak to myself or the other customers. A customer offered to pay for our meals which was very kind of him, but I left the restaurant with my 8 year old son, very upset and again very embarrassed. I understand they have procedures but I'm sure a company that large can teach their managers to have a little compassion and understanding. To top it off they took the happy meal, big mac meal and the medium chips off me when they gave me the happy meals.

Order today at 17.15 order £40.63 after 2 hours waiting for delivery went down to the restaurant. Absolute choas thats all I can describe what was going on, people waiting to pick orders up which they had ordered more than 2 hours before for delivery. Eventually got my order got home order wrong, large fries where less than half full food cold, went back and corrected the order. The Customer skills of the staff member was diabolical to say the least. After 3 hours and 15 mins just eat driver is still waiting at the restaurant for it to be delivered to my house. Absolute joke

I am sick to death of missing good off my order. I even asked where is my extra burger. It’s in the happy meal box! So guess what got home and it wasn’t there. This happens time and time again.

Worst McDonald's in the world (being serious). Every order you receive there are issues, most of the time you have to remake the burger yourself. I've even had a filet o fish that was made with fish fingers (see pics). I got a big tasty that looked half eaten.
