Fantastic service. Paul arrived within 30 minutes of calling him and fixed my door very quickly.

Not only did Paul fix our temperamental front door lock, he actually improved it so that we could open it from both sides rather than just one. He arrived less than an hour after my call (and it wasn't even an emergency), and the only reason he didn't fix it all there and then is because he had to order a specific part. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Paul!

Paul has been amazing. My elderly father was taken advantage of by a rogue locksmith who broke his door and charged an astronomical amount to then attempt to fix it, unsuccessfully. When I realised what had happened I contacted Paul who came over immediately and assessed the damage to the door and its locking system. He then went to great lengths to make sure the house was secure, whilst sourcing a new locking system for the door, which had been broken by the previous locksmith but was also discontinued, so Paul had to shop around to get the correct part. We are so grateful for everything he has done and he has reassured my father, who now feels safe in his house again I would absolutely recommend Paul and use him again. .

Fantastic service, delivered quickly, by Paul. Would highly recommend to others and completely transparent on costs/charges. After snapping my key in the door, Paul was with me with me within 20 minutes to resolve the issue (very quickly) .
