I have started training with Liam recently. He is very attentive to my personal needs and ensure my sessions are well thought out and fit my physical abilities. He is very supportive and is working on my mental health as well as improving my fitness. The boxing side of my training is fun and gets me burning calories. Defiantly would recommend to others who want to start their fitness journey.

So far, so good. I've been training with Liam for about a month now, and I've seen steady progress with the weights I'm able to handle. He's always there to push you through, and also helps with the dietary side of getting fit too. Highly recommend

I have trained with Liam for a few months taking personal 121 sessions and attending his group boxing classes. Since training with Liam my skills have drastically improved. He gives you 100% attention all of the time and he always coaches with a smile and has great energy. After my first session with Liam I felt like I had known him all of my life, he is not only a fantastic boxing/fitness coach , more importantly he is a great person. I would absolutely recommend training with Liam whether you are a beginner training for fun or whether you are actively competing.

Would and have recommended Liam to friends and family! Liam is an amazing PT and we are loving our boxing sessions. I am going to personal training sessions with my sister and best friend - it's the first time I have seen my sister up and wanting to do an activity before 9am - which is a massive compliment.We are doing 7AM sessions and these are great for physical fitness, wellbeing and mental health.Liam is highly recommend by all who work with him.

Done an 8 week transformation with Liam and he was great! Learnt a lot with him, both about fitness and nutrition. I’ve finally got into good habits with the gym and my diet, not to mention I finally feel confident in training effectively. He’s super knowledgeable and will always go out of his way to help you with whatever you need. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Liam enough. Personable, professional and always a joy. I’ve wanted to get into boxing for a long time but felt too nervous to rock up to a gym a give it a go. Since I started sessions with my friends, Liam put us at ease right away and our classes are now the highlight of my week. I’ve never felt fitter or stronger and it’s all down to him!

I've been trained by Liam over the last months and boxing classes have been always super fun, packed with useful boxing tips and they keep you fit!Liam is also a friendly chap and really focused on the technique, which it will make you a great boxer, if you want to master this art.I can really recommend you!
