Tanvic Tyre and Service Centre

A bit of a tyre emergency towards closing time on a Thursday afternoon – car required to back on the road early Friday morning.Ian very kindly accommodated us, quoting a very competitive price for the replacement tyre, garaging the car overnight and placing us first on the ramp the following morning, even received a call to say that the car was ready.What could have been a very difficult situation was resolved. A rare but excellent and courteous customer focused experience. I would thoroughly recommend Tanvic.

Liars, rang up about a partial flat tire losing air (on about 15-20psi) - told me I can't drive my car to the garage to have the tire replaced as it could cause further damage?... Then proceeded to tell me Range Rover Sports don't come with run flats and he can't help me... You could clearly tell he did not want the business nor the hassle of dealing with it even though they are paid to do so!The worst garage in Melton by a country mile, avoid at all costs.Rang up another garage, proceeded to tell me Range Rovers do run on run flats and they can sort it asap no problem.Need I say more?

Review of Tanvic Tyres, Melton Mowbray. Probably the best tyre fitting experience I have ever had. Very helpful staff and a clean reception/waiting area. I was met by a very helpful Tanvic employee who handled the process efficiently throughout. I was changing a tyre on my Porsche because of a cut in the tyre wall and, after inspecting the tyre, Tanvic advised me that it was safe to use, and I needn't proceed with a new tyre. For peace of mind, I decided to have the new tyre fitted and this was done quickly and properly. Tanvic even advised that I take the original tyre with me, as it could be used in the future if required. They helpfully lifted the tyre into my boot for me, too. All in all, this was a fabulous experience from a helpful team. 100% recommendation from me and I will go back there without hesitation.

Really disappointed with the customer service here. I was welcomed by the misogynistic gentleman who runs the front desk. A few of the number of things he snapped at me included obviously by the look on your face you don't know." He said this because I asked him to repeat a question.He also said (whilst cutting me off mid sentence) "theyre an absolute waste of time

Visited twice now. Incredibly poor customer service skills and rude staff. Man on the front desk always incredibly patronising, I’m not sure if that’s just towards women.Second visit, thought I would give benefit of the doubt and hoping first visit was a one off. I was wrong. Again, rude staff. No customer service skills. I have no trust in them. Wouldn’t ever recommend them.I have also used the car park outside tanvic and toolstation before as I couldn’t find anywhere to park. No signs on the car park stating private parking. No signs at all. Gentlemen was aggressive and threatening to clamp my car/lock the gate. Not exactly helpful when there’s no signs telling you different. Just no manners…would have moved more willingly if they had just been more polite.
