Very basic stuff, I didn't find much variety. Mostly testers were not available in the cosmetic section and also the products.

Excellent customer service from Ansha(not sure if I spelt her name right). She was there around 1pm on the tills. Very kind, patient and understanding whilst I was buying some makeup (blusher) which broke. Very patient whilst I try was trying to find my advantage card. Smiling. What a lovely lady.

Whenever I go there hardly get what I want at all because they need more stock! Majority of the Make up is always out of stock and hardly much of variety. This boots store has potential but just being wasted away it seems. I would like to end my review on one positive the staff are very helpful & patient.
