I made an appointment with Drew, the proprietor of Pondfolk, to visit on a Sunday. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.They have a really good range of pond plants available and we had a great choice of different plants that would fit with what we were trying to create with out new pond.Importantly, Drew was a very knowledgeable about the ponds and was willing to spend a great deal of time talking us through the options and helping us decide what would work for us. We talked for over and hour and I left with a great selection of plants and some confidence that I would be able to look after them.Thouroughly recommended.

A really excellent nursery for pond plants - incredibly helpful advice from Drew lead us to acquire a whole car boot-full of really well grown plants for our new pond. Cant recommend highly enough.

The level of service Drew provides is second to none.Last autumn he gave me advice on where to put my pond, lent me pots so I could get plant shelves at the right height and supplied a lily to get me started.I contacted him again to get going on the rest of the plants. He talked me through what would work and what wouldn’t. Regrettably my own experience isn't based on purchase as I wasn't able to make one...viz having made a trip out specifically from Lowestoft yesterday (Sunday) to view water lilies and arriving about 11.15am, there was no sign of life even after several minutes' shouting over closed gates. Unfortunately I didn't have my mobile with me.I realise unforeseen events can happen, but perhaps a note at the gate would have been appropriate? And/or a suggestion on the website to 'phone in advance of a visit?I'm sorry for this unfortunate occurrence as the site looked very well organised.

We had very little knowledge about planting up our newly dug out wildlife pond. After a phone call to Drew we instantly knew he was the person to advise us. We sent him a picture of our pond and the depth dimensions and he made some suggestions. A few days later we visited his excellent establishment and came away with a variety of top quality plants all of which he had suggested. Drew couldn’t have been more helpful and encouraging and his expertise has happily guided us through our wildlife pond project. We hope Pondfolk continues to flourish. We wish them every success.

What an incredible set up! We popped over to see Drew this evening and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Drew is so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and offered first class advice on what would be suitable to add some interest to our water feature.
