Excellent service. Quick response. Fast broadband and great wi-fi coverage throughout the house. All cables are neat and hidden well. I would highly recommend Plugged In Comms to update all your broadband and wi-fi problems.

They fitted 12 Cat 6 cable to 9 rooms (3 link aggregate room feeds). They also gave good advice regarding router and switch box. Everything looks good and works great - well pleased. In summary great work by an honest and professional operation .

We wanted to remove and tidy up 20 years plus of old telephone sockets, cable points and equipment after having fibre installed.Chris, Tom and the team were very knowledgeable and advised us on the fibre installation and what it would mean for the old BT and cable lines.On the day, they knew exactly what to do and showed a real passion for their work. Sockets now removed, holes nicely filled and the house looks a whole lot better.Highly recommended!

We moved to new house with really complicated networked telephone and internet connections - neither of which worked properly. Tom came round quickly, was very knowledgable and sorted out the noisy lines and doubled our internet speed - and gave lots of other good advice too.

Tom our engineer was a star. I had no end of problems with the internet connections and location of routers in the restaurant we recently took over. I called Chris and he had sent an engineer within the week so we could be ready for opening. Tom sorted everything out in just a few hours and explained everything he had corrected for us so I know how it works for future. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom did a great job analysing the options for me and arranging an antenna pointing to the nearest mobile mast, thus vastly improving my connectivity. Follow-up was also prompt and effective. So I have no reservations in recommending him!

We have a large, old house with thick brick walls and were unable to achieve decent WiFi connection in all areas. Also, it was not possible to watch TV online in the front part of the house. Tom and his team installed direct cable connections and WiFi repeater equipment in two areas of the house - problem solved. Tom's team were polite, helpful and professional and did a really tidy job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Plugged In Comms. Gavin

Tom and Russell arrived to remove an external BT junction box that was no longer needed and move the master phone socket. Very pleased with what was carried out, all internal cabling was hidden in trunking and all external cabling was neatly fastened to the wall - including a cable I'd put up previously. I'd wanted a master socket with built-in microfilter but they'd used the last one earlier in the day. So Tom fitted a standard one and said the new faceplate would be posted out to me which duly arrived today. All in all a top job and very reasonably priced, I couldn't have asked for more.
