Dont be drawn in by the slick looking website and owners promise to work to the highest standards - these are not a professional roofing company. Left us with siginficant issues inlcluding damaged external lights and windows, missing insulation, cladding not properly secured and fallen out, tiles not laid evenly, straight or in some cases properly nailed down. Replaced guttering not laid properly with leaks. Ridge tiles placed incorrectly, velux window flashings bent and left with internal leaks, chimey repointing has missing areas, with no concave jointing used, damaged brickwork from grinding wheel and multi colored mortars used, some of which is now falling out. Dry verges split and not laid evenly, with areas not secured properly to the roof. Avoid.

Unfortunately we used this company and it’s was a disaster from the start. They are not skilled roofers just a bunch of young labourers. Our roof was never going to be easy to replace due to the pitch and valleys plus added poor weather. We have ended up with a new roof that leaks around our velux windows, has stains on the slates, a repointed chimney that looks worse than when they started and now the slates are slipping out of position due to not being attached properly. The roof also bangs and creaks when it is windy. They damaged our new windows which now need replacing, all bedrooms need repainting due to water damage when the rain started coming in. They now don’t answer our calls to fix the problems and we are having to pay other contractors to fix there poor workmanship.

Brilliant service quality and timely

We recently had work done by this company which we are now paying someone else to put right! We paid for two velux windows to be fitted+ our roof tiles taken off and relayed in a different bond! With the roof the ridge have not been finished off just really sloppy work! When we asked for them to be sorted we was told that there was nothing wrong! Now for the windows which were not velux which we was charged for but a cheaper product! One of the windows is leaking even after he came and said he had fixed the problem! On inspection he had put a tube of silicon down the side of the window and on the roof tiles! I wouldn't normally write a review but if this stops someone else beig ripped off I'll be happy! Avoid these cowboys at all costs!!

Had this company to install two veluxs windows change tile bond and finish with a dry ridge finish. Patrick Taylor carried out the work and is now complete. Im now coming across problems one of the windows is leaking and the ridge tiles have not been put on right. After phoning Patrick numerous times he finally answered and came around to fix the problems!!!!Still not happy i had a independent roofer to access it because the window still leaks. He told me the windows were not veluxs and they had not been installed correctly. And the ridge tiles are still loose. This company is not what it says it is and should be avoided at all cost please do your research before you have this company around "."
