I contacting the rescue when I was looking for long term foster. I had already applied for a bird at another rescue and Michelle knew this but still spent a long time discussing everything each type of bird needs and giving me so much advice incase for any reason my foster didn’t go ahead with the other rescue. She was also very quick to congratulate me when i was successful with the other rescue and said she would always be there if I needed any help or advice. Pretty amazing when I didn’t even foster from her rescue.These people are amazing and really know their stuff. It’s a 24/7 job they do for free. I will be setting up a donation going forward to help with the amazing work they are doing

I now have 3 birds from Avian Angels. Staff are amazing and have supported us through our journey so far. Michelle and Claire have always had the time to answer questions and give advice. All the staff are so friendly and the Facebook group of full of helpful information.

Recently boarded my two parrots with Hayley from Avianangels Parrot Rescue and we are very happy with our experience.I reached out to Hayley for boarding very last minute for our holiday, she was very helpful, allowed us to view where they were being boarded before we left them so we were confident about where they would be staying. During the boarding we needed to extend their stay because our situation changed and she was very accomodating about it.I picked my birds up today and they were very happy, I will definitely be contacting Hayley again if we need to board our birds again.

Fantastic rescue and fabulous people. We're there in my hour of need . What they do for these feather babys is amazing and I know my babys are in good hands . Please if your considering handing you feather baby in they are the people for you . Updates are always available and there very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for every bird that's comes through there doors and there Facebook group is so helpful and supportive .

If I could give 10 stars I would!I can’t honestly fault this amazing team in any way from the very first message I sent at the end of feb to bringing our girl home and being on the other end of messenger whenever I need a little advice!I particular to Dylan and Terry for answering my many questions and for genuinely being lovely and Michelle for her lovely warm welcome into her home and introducing us to all her amazing birds and also being lovely, kind and patient.If anyone is considering opening up your home to one of the amazing birds awaiting there forever homes, then please don’t hesitate, it’s simply the best contract you’ll ever sign and a wonderful little likeminded community to be a part of!If at any time we decide to make room for another, these are the people I will definitely be turning to.

Michelle and Mark are amazing people - our friend died a couple of months ago and left her conure and Quaker behind. We took them in but struggled finding the time for them, our rescue dog and chinchilla, so these guys came to our rescue. We have been promised updates which is much needed due to the guilt we feel of letting them go. We believe they are in good hands and can’t say enough how grateful we are.

brilliant rescue .. I have long term fostered two birds from them and would recommend the rescue to everyone that needs help with birds.. Michelle the founder and her helpers are friendly and approachable. I find I can message them about any concerns and not feel an inconvenience..

I would highly recommend avian angels. They are an amazing charity who put the welfare of the birds they take in at the top of their priority. Nothing is to much trouble and no bird is turned away. If you need help with your birds would recommend them highly

I had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome my macaw the team at avian angels parrot rescue made this process so easy and the support I have received is outstanding. I get regular updates on how hes doing in his new home which brings me so much peace of mind . I'm so glad I contacted them and would recommend there dedicated team to anyone.
