Noel was recommended to my by a friend when I came back from holiday and couldn't get my boiler to start. I had turned it off before I went away. He kindly talked me through how to re-set it and it started up again. He gave me advice ie don't turn it off when I go away as it would invalidate my rental agreement! Lovely man, would absolutely use him (actually)!

We got in contact with Noel after a recommendation from our neighbour and the service has been faultless from start to finish.Communication was excellent, the response time was also good and Jake who completed the repair was very professional, informative and friendly.We will definitely use again and recommend in a heart beat.

We had an old gas pipe coming out of the floor and needed it removing. I contacted Alert plumbing and they came out the next day and did the job quickly and safely. I was given an estimate over the phone and at such short notice was not overcharged unlike some companies I contacted. Jake was on time, polite and thorough. Would happily recommend and use them again.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. The guys were out within in a really reasonable time frame and fixed the problem at a super reasonable price too! Thank you Noel and team!

Service was to plumb in a dishwasher and washing machine , two important appliances needed when just moved into a property . I had been recommended to the company from previous owners . I can understand why. Phone calling the company with a few questions the reply was very understand and understood what was wrong and what's was needed . Two occasions the business member Jake came out to do the work. The work was carried out very professionally , having respect for the home and completed each job to a high standard . No long late time from phoning in fact on one occasion came out the same day . I will most definitely use the business again and fully recommend to others .

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for carrying out the service to my Viessmann boiler so promptly yesterday.Most importantly I need to tell you just how thorough, professional, presentable and personable Jake was.What a lovely guy! Such an asset to your company. He knocked spots off the previous engineers that  we’ve had out to service this boiler over the last eleven years.
