I am seriously fuming here. I ordered my food online at 6.42pm. I get you are busy on a Saturday night. I rung at 7.49pm to ask where my food is. Member of your staff it’s on its way it’ll be with me in 10 minutes. Ok I thought that’s fine. The ten minutes came and went and I rung again at 8.07pm to be told they’ll ring the driver and George’s will ring me back. You didn’t ring me. I had to ring you back again. I told the manager where’s my food coming from planet mars?? Oh my god I live In Blacon literally about half a mile from the parade. The manager said food is in heated bags after I said it’s going to be cold with driver delivering to other people. Offcourse it’s going to be cold on arrival. Do you seriously think I’m going to swallow that? Well guess what it did turn up cold so thanks for that George’s. You ruined my meal that I paid nearly £13.00 for. I’m sorry for the negative review because if you buy food In the shop the food is lovely and hot. I had been at work I don’t expect to eat cold food. I won’t be using your chippy ever again after this disgraceful experience

Arrived late, and had food missing. Rang to chase the missing food, everyone had eaten and finished before they arrived.Very poor.. perhaps consider somewhere else

Bland, tasteless and overpriced. Chips are over rated, rest of food is over priced. Overall this is NOT GOOD unless you are of the canine variety.

Fabulous food, best fish, and chips we have had for a long time. Staff are pleasant and very efficient. We would recommend installing their app and ordering online for collection. This is a very busy chip shop, but by using the app, you reduce your wait time. We were given a collection time, and everything was ready and waiting for us.

Fistely price over charged £11for small cid an chips arrivered an hr later , so cold , yes replaced it but not good enough as i live down the road first time and last time i use this service v poor
