All I can say about the ladies at the Manchester branch is that they are awesome and amazing!!!! They make you feel at ease and comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Really informative and only offer advice on what you need. I’ve never had any bad experiences whilst visiting this branch, just great banter and really great service. All the ladies are very welcoming and never judges (which is rare!). Definitely recommend the Manchester branch, these ladies are a credit to Skinspace UK!!!

I had a consultation with Michelle in Manchester. She was super friendly, warm welcoming and knowledgable. I haven’t started my laser hair removal treatment yet so can not comment on results but Michelle is definitely a 5 star !

Dishonesty and greediness, only interested in money. Do not expect to be treated like a person; you are only a credit card number to them.After feeling ripped off and having felt very uncomfortable at the Manchester office, I received an email asking me how the treatment went" I replied to that by explaining in detail how bad and scammed I felt. They never replied

I am giving two stars just because staff was really kind and friendly. I did 12 sessions Hollywood and 6 perianal. So sorry to admit that it didn't work. After months that I didn't accept top up sessions I can see after 12 sessions it is literally the same my Hollywood area and perianal . I have just 2 really patches without hair. I spent a lot and no results. I dropped an email to the managers months ago and even if they tried to increase the laser , I can tell you the results are almost nothing. I am really sorry for them because they are friendly but the laser machine doesn't work. I did in total 12 sessions because they told Me 6 weren't enought .I did ask a loan to do those sessions and have zero results in this time it is really frustrating and I had throught away my money like this. I don't recommend this place for laser sessions

Avoid at all cost! Liars and deceitful. They’re only interested in your money! I rang up to book an appointment and the price they advertised were false and it was much more higher. They basically force you into paying your full amount before you even see them.I made the mistake of paying my full amount and now they won’t refund me as I was unaware of how the treatment will be like (cause I payed earlier). The staff made me feel completely uncomfortable and didn’t do my treatment properly.My laser session for full face and arms. lasted just under five minutes when it should last longer. Both the lady doing my treatment and the receptionist comment about my skin condition and try to sell me more sessions that I don’t need nor can afford. which I think is appalling and unprofessional. When I said I couldn’t afford it as I have children and bills to pay for, they looked me up and down. They proceed to pull up all these “offers” and pressured me on the spot to buy them making me so uncomfortable. They keep showing me the fake offers when I know that their prices are just extortion and double the amount from other clinics.When I rang to say I’m not comfortable with the sessions and want a refund, they denied this and said that refunds can’t be accepted.This is my loss of money and shame on me for not knowing what I got myself into and blindly paying before even having a consultation. Never stepping foot into this clinic!

Got the deal of groupon 2 weeks ago still haven’t received a email to book my app from them worst service ever then I called them and don’t answer the phone will be getting a refund avoid this place unless your looking to get laser the next year

I’m in the middle of my sessions of laser hair removal with Michelle and she’s amazing and very careful. I totally recommend. The clinic is clean, and they are always paying attention when we need some changes or adjustments

I did six sessions hollywood and underarm hair removal at this salon. I think it's important to note before booking here that this is NOT laser hair removal, it's IPL. You can buy the machines at home yourself from Amazon, Argos, etc and you don't need to be trained at a cosmetology school to use it.My two stars are mainly for the staff, always so friendly and nice. The receptionist always remembered my name and chatted with me.For the rest of the service I would give one star. Every single time I'd go the lady doing the treatment would say I need to buy more sessions (I personally think this was because they would set the machines to a low setting or simply because IPL isn't that good). We are in a cost of living crisis. I have bills to pay that are more important than this treatment, I wanted my six sessions and no more. After every session I was made to feel guilted into needing to get more sessions to the point where I dreaded going. I told the lady who was doing my treatment that I have a years worth of rent to pay soon and she looked like she couldn't care less and annoyed she wasn't getting a sale out of me. On one occasion the salon even COLD CALLED ME on a Saturday at 6pm to ask me about booking more sessions. They are that desperate.I originally recommend this salon to my friend at first, she unfortunately isn't as strong willed as me and felt pressured into going through with more sessions. She also told me about being cold called and I felt bad I had told her to go here to begin with.In the end, yes the treatment did work a bit and staff are very nice but now having tried actual laser hair removal, I can really see the difference. I recommend doing their Groupon deal as it is good value and then never going again.

I had 6 sessions of laser hair removal, it hasn’t made one bit of difference to my hair. I’ve had laser hair removal before on different areas and it’s worked. I’ve never been in and out of an appointment so fast in my life! They only went over the area once and when I’ve had it done before they’d go over the area multiple times. It was a waste of my money and my time, the girl who did it used to try and fill me with information so it sounded like she knew what she was doing but I don’t think she did. Won’t be going back.
