I used appearhere a few months back for a “design your own” backpack concept pop-up store in shoreditch. Great team, helped me from start to finish and have a really honest and refreshing approach to helping you select the best location for your brand.

Don't use this company! 30 minutes late to the appointment. Cameron from Appear turned up 30 minutes late with a coffee in hand with a mate (Had nothing to do with the company as far as we know). Had to call the company to find he was on lunch!Price advertised at £250 per day but suddenly told due to interest the price was £500 per day!... and VAT will be charged....and any damages will be charged...andVery poor standard of building and lack of facilities.Use a professional company these guys dont know what they are doing

We've done 3 pop up shops with Appear Here and always had a fantastic experience. They have a great portfolio of spaces and their team makes everything very easy. Highly recommend them

Disgusting company, we booked a space through them in Paris and paid in Euros, as requested, the next day my booking was cancelled and due to 'currency rates' we have been refunded £400 less than what we paid. Despite my requests for them to refund us what we paid as it was cancelled on their end, Appear Here seems to think this is our problem and not theirs and refuses to escalate. Sorry, but why do we lose £400 because of how they choose to organise bookings, allow payment before confirmation or allow the landlord to cancel the booking after payment was made due to a private booking, or bill for international currency and set up their internal payments with landlords? We lose out of course!! Absolutely terrible and no commercial understanding of why this is unacceptable.

Appear here Could be a great company if they followed their ethos. They should Support new small businesses not hinder. I've had a terrible experience this time round. Will be looking at the competitors when I want another pop up shop. Would not use again.

In theory, this is a great idea. The problem we had is that they didn't help us in any way when one of the shop owners didn't delivered what agreed. So, if you are renting a space, keep in mind that the owner of the shop can do pretty much anything he wants and you will still have to pay with not much hope for refunds.

Appear here was wonderful in helping me launch my first pop up store. Everyone was really personal, friendly and made the whole process very easy! Would recommend 100%

The concierge team were professional and tireless in their search for our perfect pop up. They know their stuff, and were always helpful and responsive to our very specific needs. They connected us to a space we would never have considered on our own, and it was fantastic!

From start to finish, this company managed to disappoint me at every turn. It seemed like they had no interest in actually helping me or addressing my concerns. Their representatives were unresponsive, rude, and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It was an infuriating experience to say the least.When I needed to speak with the person looking after my bookings, what they call “concierge”, which makes it feel like you are dealing with a high end company, that understands your business needs and is willing to go the extra mile to help, a better example would be to call it “drive thru”. They don’t really care what they are offering you or what they are suggesting, they just send you anything in the hope that you take it so the company gets their fee and the agent gets their commission.Moreover, the pricing was exorbitant for what I received. I expected a certain level of quality given the high cost of their “service charge” but what I got was far from it. The value for money was non-existent, and I felt like I had been ripped off. It's evident that Appear Here prioritizes profit over providing a satisfactory experience to its customers.They say the service charge is because they are are able to accept payments and bookings on the website, what a joke, it’s not 2006.I had some issues with the space I had rented due to some mis-communication and did appear here even try to help - no. They will always back the landlord, which I can understand as they are the people who bring the customers to appear here, but they also need to realise that I am their customer as I paid them and that is something that they can’t quite comprehend. I did explain that as I paid them I am their customer not the landlords, but it didn’t seem to register to them.I have been asking them about the return of my deposit and that even is to much to ask for, they still haven’t given me an update.Lastly, the whole process of dealing with Appear Here was convoluted and frustrating. Their website messaging feature is pretty naff, it’s hard to find where the messages are. I wasted a significant amount of time and effort trying to navigate through their convoluted procedures, only to end up with a subpar experience.In conclusion, Appear Here is a company that should be avoided at all costs. Their customer service is appalling, their spaces are WAY overpriced, and their service fee pricing is outrageous. Save yourself the headache and seek out alternative options. There are certainly better companies out there that can provide a more reliable and satisfying experience.
