iSmash - Bluewater

Went in there today to get a screen protector fitted on my new iPhone. The process was very quick, efficient and seamless. They left a small bubble on instillation so I took it back to mention it and they were very pleased to fix the issue. A great experience overall, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience today from ISMASH, told wouldn't be able to get sorted today but the lads pulled through and done me a solid!!! 5* service, will be using again I'm sure as I'm clumsy with my phone!!!! Now I have a brand new screen and battery for my Samsung S23 Ultra and I'm over the moon the lads were able to sort it within an hour of me arriving!!! Much appreciated

Absolutely shocking- no customer service at all in fact they went silent on me when I raised a fault with refurbished phone!My husband purchased a refurbished iPhone for me, and after a few months the battery had deteriorated at rapid speed to a low percentage capacity to the point it said it needed replacing. They offered to replace the battery but they said their parts are non-genuine so I wouldn’t be able to then see the percentage capacity of the battery on the phone as this function wouldn’t work. After I refused this, they then revealed due to the speed the battery deteriorated they think there is probably something wrong with the phone anyway. I asked for a replacement phone instead, it took some weeks for them to get a replacement in and when they did it wasn’t a like for like condition, but was of lower condition grade. They had also told me the price for the phone at the condition grade that we had purchased was now £100 less than what my husband had paid, so naturally a lower condition grade would be even less still. I therefore asked if they were going to partially refund for the difference between the phone conditions before I took the replacement, and was told I had to speak to customer service (no help to do so, just an instruction to go off and speak to customer service which is a central team) so basically the shop Washed their hands of the issue. Customer service came back to my email and advised they would investigate and then referred me back to the store saying they have a replacement for me. When I asked about the refund for the difference given this wasn’t like for like, I was met with silence and nothing further from them, despite sending a final letter before court action.I never did get a replacement, or a refund and I went to apple for advice in the end.They advised me there wasn’t an issue with the phone and purely the battery that had completely failed and that had ismash replaced the battery I would have been able to see the percentage capacity so this was not even correct. I have paid for the battery from apple, and lost trust and respect for ismash entirely. I will be claiming the money back via Court if needed. Considering the silence to my previous letters to them, I’m guessing that’s where this will end up!

I’ve been getting my tempered glass screen protectors replaced here for years and always so quick and easy! Jermaine is super helpful and will sort out any issues :)
