Picked up an e-208 earlier today for a great price. Reserved on the weekend and delivered to the branch in a really good time. Really nice show room, smooth process and the car is great. Thanks to Becky and Steve for being helpful and making the process as smooth as possible.I appreciate there are some negative reviews for this branch but I didn't have any similar issues. There was a bit of a long wait but we were offered drinks and the actual buying process was quick and easy. Cars come with early insurance and warranty so if you do for some reason have any issues with the car shortly after purchase, it's covered.Would certainly recommend if you find a car you like from their stock!

Great service from Carsa today. Had done everything Iver the phone so was all really easy.Only downside was waiting 45 min to have the handover.That wouldn't put me off using them again. All the staff were lovely. Not pushy and gave me loads of time with the car.Sorted a couple of issues I had with no issues.Thank you.

had the intention of going to look at a certain car, tracy then greeted us at the entrance and was absolutely lovely, offered us a test drive and the car was great, constantly offered us refreshments along the way. decided to go ahead with purchasing the car through Tom the sales guy who was very helpful and had great customer service and answering all questions we had. overall experience was great and easy. thankyou very much

Tracy in Bradford was brilliant. I needed a car urgently- she was patient and gave me all the time I needed to see as many cars as possible so I wasn’t rushed into a decision. 95% of the sale credit goes to her!! 5 stars to Tracy but unfortunately not for Carsa as the shop set-up means long waiting times (very few staff and no proper reception staff to help walk-in customers).Update 27/7/23Very happy with post purchase customer service at Bradford Carsa. Found the rear left light had various problems after driving it home. Went back to Carsa and Lauren was absolutely brilliant. My car was sent for repair and I was given a courtesy car until I got my car back. They also threw in a full tank of petrol as compensation for being without my car. Would definitely recommend Carsa for buying a used car - for peace of mind should anything go wrong. Big thumbs up to LAUREN.

Terrible experience in every aspect. Took hours to get paperwork sorted and only 5 mins to sign, got the car and test drove it only for it to break down 5 mins up the road. Took it back to dealership, they said you can stay in a hotel as there’s no trains available (we came from Scotland). They said the car should be fine to drive home after clearing the codes only for it to break down again as soon as we hit the M6. £830 for a recovery home.

Good experience. Overall car presentation was good. But the sales women was utterly rushing to get the keys back to her soon after the test drive. I couldn’t properly check whether something was malfunctioning on the car! Anyways will post a review after 3 months using the carUpdated 11/08/2023, car is cracking good no concerns.

Recently purchased a car from here for a great price. The whole process worked really well. Had a test drive booked in the afternoon. A lady called Chelsea took us out. Very nice and knew about the car. Wasn’t very long but was good enough to get a feel for the car. You then meet with someone from sales on zoom. All very technical and strange but works really well. Tom was able to get the car within my budget and we went ahead with the sale. You then have another zoom call to do all the payments. Jeff was also great and made sure I understood everything and signed everything over correctly. My only complaint would be the total joke of a first valuation for my previous car but we were able to come to an agreement. I would definitely use them again.

The battery capacity/ range was incorrectly calculated during the sales discussion as 225 at 100% on a 2020 Nissan Leaf.It was a dealbreaker when I went back and checked at 100% after asking them to charge it fully, the range was 164 miles!This was not due to Tia.
