Called in before lunch time rush. 11:50am. The staff atmosphere was plenty stood around and not under pressure. Five minutes waiting time. Purchased the Mc crispy chicken, Mc Tasty and fries. Would of gone for a meal deal but yet again the milkshake were not available. Take away and eaten at my work only a minute drive from McDonald’s drive in. Mc tasty was nice but only a small amount of sauce. However the Mc Crispy bun comes toasted. My wasn’t, it was burnt and there wasn’t enough sauce. The chicken tasted over baked and dry. The fries were cold and I can’t understand why? I would of returned and complained but only have a set amount of time for lunch. Decided not to. I would of understood at a busier time and staff under pressure but it was quite and chilled atmosphere. Get together McDonald’s. Yesterday had Burger King. More pricey meal deal but well worth it.

I go every week. Yet I can count on one hand how many times they get the order right. Its only 2 things. If they get it right I'm left at the drive thru. And serve the other person before me. When I was there first. Or the food is cold. The only reason I go back every week is my granddaughter is not bothered and I get it charged.

Pretty standard for a fast food chain. Not somewhere to go if you're looking for upmarket quality food/service but perfectly adequate for what you'd expect from a fast food chain. Cleaned regularly, food brought to you if it's overly busy, staff work hard but seem pretty down-trodden and not overly cheerful but not surprising really.

Ordered a double big Mac with bacon as a large meal. Fries were almost all in the bottom of the bag, and I had to reassemble the big Mac as this was chucked in. Food was hot and tasted good, just let down by the lack of care when it was put in the bag

Visited Friday 16th April. Colleague and I waited nearly 25 minutes along with other customers for our order.On checking burger in the car, it was the worst McDonald's burger I've ever had. Wrong size bun which was dry, didn't even cover the size of my cold burger. 4 gherkins but missing other ingredients. Horrible, unfortunately no time to address the issue as I was late due to the time it took. Only good thing was fresh hot fries. .

First things first, the site is beautiful and the food is good.However, I've used the drive through over the past few weeks and they always leave items out of the order. This usually means I'm halfway down the street and I have to turn around.They're always quick to correct their mistake but it's still unprofessional and irritating. I know that some people wouldn't turn around, I wonder how much food is wasted this way?

Got food brought to our car, chips pastier than snow and no salt bland as cardboard. Girl that brought food out was condescending and didn’t seem interested in her role at McDonald’s. Called milly. Burgers and nuggets good though.

Use the app to make my order but been twice and parked in a bay to have it brought out to me and twice they've forgotten about me! Each time walking in half an hour later for them to go Whoops! best idea would be to use the drive through if you're making your order on the app."

Saturday 9th around 12:30ish. Manager (short lady with a long brown plait) was extremely rude to a young lad in hi-vis taking orders to the car park. She loudly said can someone else check the bags who knows what they are doing". She said this very loudly as we weren't even stood that close to the counter. We will not be coming back to this McDonald's as this is a terrible way to address your staff even during busy periods."
