Perfect!Its the second time that I have bought from Energy Innovation. The first was a straight forward multi fuel stove insulation which went without any hiccups. This one however was a more complex project which Andy and the team took in their stride.I wanted a stove with back boiler and radiators in all rooms. The system was to compliment and economy 7 heating system.Andy visited my property and instantly put me at ease as he and his team have years of experience and had installed similar systems for customers with similar needs.The job was complete in a timely fashion as promised and was finished perfectly without any mess or snagging.The stove not only looks impressive but most importantly does exactly what I need and what Andy promised it would do. It is a hard working stove which heats a back boiler, radiators and my hot water system.Living in Wainstalls we really put a heating system to the test and thus far it is lived up to the challenge.I have no hesitation recommending Andy and Energy Innovation and will certainly be using their services in future.Thank you

After having a £3,000 multi-fuel burner installed the wheel that controls the air flow started to stick. After a LOT of communications and multiple visits they finally replaced it. All's well that ends well I guess. Until I try get my first sweep by another company. I've owned multiple stoves previously so I was shocked to find out that it cannot be simply 'swept'. Instead of your usual £30-50 sweep it requires a disassemble, sweep and reassemble. Costing £150 every year via Energy Innovation. This seems like something they should have mentioned at point of sale. Multiple other companies have subsequently informed me they should have installed a 'hatch' in the flue for easy access. I contacted Andy the owner who's response was you should have contacted us

Impressive showroom and prices seemed keen. Went to a few places locally and they were the cheapest. Helpful staff too.

Purchased a gas fire from Andy Guest July 2022, at a cost of over £2,000. Since the fire was installed it has never worked correctly, despite numerous visits from engineers. I was advised by one of the engineers from the company not to use the fire. The gas fire is under warranty but despite several attempts I have been unable to obtain a replacement or refund. I am left with no option but to take this to the small claims court. Each time I call I am informed Andy is on holiday. I am very disappointed that after 10 months the issue has not been resolved and we cannot use the fire. I have a full report from the manufacturer, Gazco, stating that the problem was caused during installation. As a pensioner I would have expected better customer service. Very disappointed!
