Any questions we had, she went and got back to us swiftly, the car was removed from sale during the negotiation process, so there was no worry of losing the car, The car arrived as described, she got back to us and kept us informed throughout the whole buying process. There was no hard selling of additional products. I didn’t tell Natalie I was actually a Sales manager for another car dealer in the north of England, this absolutely was not to catch her out but sometimes the buying experience can alter somewhat.
