Scott was very good and knows his trade very well.Our washing machine was broken and he checked it and gave us great advice to resolve our issue.I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring any repairs and will contact him again if we need any more help.

Although a minor issue, diagnosed it over the phone and I carried out the fix myself. Very honest, could have charged me for a call out but all sorted there and then. Will definitely use again when I have to and would gladly pay what seem like very reasonable fees.

I didn't use his services, but he advised me to ring the manufacturer directly as it would most likely be cheaper. So I rang AEG and hey presto it was.There was no need for him to do this and I'm very impressed with his honesty, and would certainly use him if I legitimately can.

Scott is a lovely guy, we have had him round twice recently once for the dishwasher, then for the washing machine. One repaired and one replaced/installation, with excellent and honest advice given for both. Sorted both problems quickly, even when getting parts, no hassle, efficient service and fair prices. Highly recommend.
