I collected my parcel ok, so no complaints there but the service was appalling. Surliest assistant I have ever met.

DO NOT USE. Would give zero stars if possible. Awful customer service when I went to collect parcel. Lad just barked barcode"

Friendly staff and great range of products at a decent price

Had the worst experience ever while collecting my parcel, the person was so rude and kept asking me for barcode where there was no barcode for that collection…. I waited there for 20 minutes trying to explain and showing him tracking number and all the emails but he kept saying “no, show me barcode”… Never ever going back there again and won’t recommend to anyone either. Very rude !!!!

Awful experience - went in to collect a parcel, for which I had photographic proof of delivery. The cashier was on his phone chatting to a friend for several minutes before even acknowledging I was there. He then started shouting at me that my parcel wasn’t there and I needed to come back a different day. I explained that my partner had just been in to collect the parcel and saw him holding the parcel so I knew it had been delivered. I explained this and the man started shouting in my face that I needed ID. When I provided ID he proceeded to throw the parcel across the counter at me. I left feeling extremely upset and anxious, which is not the way customers should ever be treated. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this store in future. I notice I am not alone in my experiences at this store as previous reviews state similar experiences.

Had a parcel delivered here for a customer and the store will not give it her stating they havnt had it to which we have both had confirmation its there then also asking for a barcode which they don't need customer still without the parcel not happy

Handed in fragile Yodel package for delivery at 0950. Male assistant had ear buds in, & most abrupt when I asked him if package would be collected today. A sharp 'No' I was told. When I asked when it would be collected I was told the following day, but didn't know what time. He grabbed my package & threw it down behind the counter in a pile with all the other packages, & slammed my receipt on counter. Awful service! Not even worth any stars!

Similarly to other reviews on here, would give 0 if possible. USed as a collection store for a parcel from eBay. There was a technical error with eBay (not the store's fault) whereby I wasn't provided with a barcode to collect. The seller had confirmed that the courier had provided confirmation of delivery including the name of the person who had signed for it. Upon arrival, the young lad barked barcode" at me. When I tried to explain and showed him the messages (including proof of delivery)

I went into the shop to collect my parcel and waited patiently to be served the man behind the counter ignored me and he began to serve a man who just walked up to the counter. I waited until the man left the shop and said to the man behind the counter that I was waiting before that last customer and he looked at me and abruptly said to me he was a customer" and I replied so am I a customer! As I showed him the bar code on my phone
