Just adopted a greyhound from Markant Farm.very dedicated staff, really care about the dogs in care.,The welfare of the animals are paramount. Also give good advice and are always there to talk if you have a problem.Can't praise them enough.n

Always love coming to see our friends at Makants. We started out volunteering to walk the dogs, and ended up with a greyhound of our own!Siobhan and all the volunteers who run the rescue are lovely and have such a great community. They do their best for the dogs that come into their care, and it's so nice to see so many of them find their forever homes.A small bonus is that they also sell farm produce and garden items, as well as having a shop with all sorts of dog accessories, treats and items.

The people who work here are lovely and friendly. The on site shop has plenty of choices for dog lovers and even handmade items suitable gifts for people

Makants Farm
Makants farm is an established greyhound rescue centre funded by charity donations and volunteer work, doing brilliant work to care for these beautiful hounds. All the greyhounds are rescues from the racing industry. Here the greyhounds are loved and cared for, walked by volunteers to rehabilitate the greyhounds for home life.
