Had to replace screen on my Pixel 2. Called all the shops in Maidstone, everyone else could get a replacement in 2-3 days. MobileTek could do it by next morning and cheaper than the guys near by. Obvious choice, worked out well.

What ever you do do not use this shop for phone repairs their workmanship is not up to standard at all and they will not fix the problems they have caused

Visited the shop looking for a heavy duty case for my Samsung Galaxy S4.Helpful staff and a lot of information and tips on the phone. really pleased at the professional and open friendly welcome from the staff.I shall be there for further bits and pieces for the phone.Many thanks.

I have requested iPhone unlocking. Paid £45 and was told that the sim lock would come off within 48h. One week later I came back as the phone was still locked and was told this: I'm sorry but we have unlocked it".I was not shown any evidence of the unlocking and was left with a locked phone and £45 lighter.On top of this the sales guy was rude enough to refuse to speak to me about it and gave a second customer in line a priority! Thieves."

Do not use.They repaired my iPhone 6 screen it came apart after 3 months. They refused to fix it again, I went to another shop who pointed out that my phone was missing a screw from the bottom, a plate on the inside. My iPhone speaker had been switched with a aftermarket one. Avoid at all cost I have reported them to trading standards.

Useless. I had my phone back and forth 4-5 times and the company done a terrible job every single time. Never got it sorted properly and was refused a refund!Every time I had the rear and front glass replaced on an Xperia Z2 the back pane would peel away and the front randomly stopped working on two occasions. It also pulled away from the chassis at one point, allowing a massive band of light escape from the side of the phone.The guys in the shop seemed very genuine to begin with however the staff that actually fixed my phone were awful and really didn't seem to care.Definitely not reccommended! Especially when you pay in triple digits to have a screen replaced!

Bought a new phone for a particular holiday for photo storage, stupidly tripped and smashed screen after only have for 3 days. Rung my phone provider who said a 10 day turn around on repairs, needing the phone for my holiday I took to mobiletek who said they could repair that day. Come 4pm that day the 'courier' hadn't arrived , I said if it can't be done I will take it back. He said it will be done first thing tomorrow ....tomorrow came and went , he said 100% the next day it would be ready. It wasn't ready , ''courier' still hadn't arrived. I then went on holiday , upon my return I rung and yet 'courier' hadn't arrived , the next day I demanded my phone back and surprisingly it had been fixed. I collected the phone which was 3 days old brand new contract out the box when it went to mobiletek and it came back to me with dents in each corner where the screen had been fitted. The guy on the till couldn't apologise enough, lovely guy. Thank you for your help. The guys who fit the screens ......the coloured guy ( no offence intended ) he was adamant I would be paying the full £85 , the other guy younger white guy said nothing. I sat in the shop for a while and eventually the guy on the till passed me my cash back. Apparently mobiletek and sim3 are the same company and staff , so in general I would suggest people don't use either company. If you don't have the parts then say so to customers and if you can't fit the screen then say so. You just wrecked a brand new phone and voided the warranty. You cost me over £270.

Brought in a smartwatch for repair where the back of the watch became unadheased from the body. The guy mistook the plastic alignment pin that prevents the circular back of the watch from spinning for a plastic clip. Also went as far as to say that there should be other clips and they had broken off. The watch was designed to be glued together with no clips on the back. Walked away since the guy clearly has no idea what he's supposed to be doing. Had the watch glued elsewhere.
