I have bought new broadband it didn't work renewed the hub but new one didn't work too.spent hours on the phone waiting to engineer to solve the problem 2 times they promised to come still waiting! I have no broadband from 7 th November. Each time I rang compony spent 30 minutes and their English very poor . Yesterday I spent 1 hour on the phone today engineer sspoked to visit but didn't arrived. They don't care after once they sold you homebroadband and made the contract

Having been with EE for 15 yrs I thought it was time to change. I bought 2 x phones in Jan 2023 from here and it was a good experience, both phone were enhanced by different promotions from either addida or samsung. Having spoken to vodaphone and samsung neither are prepared to help claim what the promotion was. I returned to the vodaphone shop in derby to be told they could not help me to claim and they were too busy... Never again will I use this shop or buy a phone in the future . Be warned it seems the promotions offered are just lost leaders

Went in at 10.30am opening time on Sunday 18 July 2021. Greeted by very polite young girl, explained what I needed, what I was trying to do, old phone to new phone etc... Her name was Eleanor and she advised me that it would take approximately 1 hour. So off I went shopping. On return everything completed within the hour, one other young girl and a young helped finish off the set up. From start to finish the whole process was efficient, fast, and most definitely painless...I'm not tech savvy. As a thank you I left them all a large box of chocolates for their help, professionalism and not being charged for anything. Thank yand well done, a credit to your store

Very very long waits for staff to come and help you and when they do come along customers service is average, depends who you speak to i suppose. Sometimes your better off going online or calling them you get better service and better customer service shame tho cause a nice little shop i have been there in the past and it was nt like this they were great but on this occasion it fell short sorry guys

staff didn't give his name and just wanted a sale.The 2 star's are because the store was cleaned. Maybe swap cleaners with staff as they was very polite
