I could not be happier with the service from Jason at First In Drains. He dug out and replaced and old collapsed drain and connected new pipe work and flushed the pipes. He also put the correct traps into my extension down pipes which had not been installed by the builders. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

excellent engineer. courteous, sorted my blocked pipes in less than an hour on his own, something severn trent could not do with 2 engineers. probably amongst the price, not pushy. genuine, honest guy. highly recommend. if you want further reference, you can contact me. a customer for life

Dreaded blocked drains! Called on the evening and first drains came out first thing in the morning. Jason was great, communicated well and very polite. Any questions I had were answered straight away and all issues resolved promptly. Extremely happy with this service

Absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to ensure our drainage was unblocked, and our toilet (which flooded) back in usable condition. Called Jason yesterday to help us with our blocked kitchen drain. He made time for us today and came over to fix it. He sorted everything out very quickly (within 40-45 minutes) and tidied up the area around the drain for us (which was a big plus). Very pleased with the service delivered by Jason and his professionalism. Highly recommended! A solid 5 star business.

Our drains were badly blocked.First in Drains is a family run business. The price of drain clearing is fixed and very reasonable, so there are NO worries about escalating charges.Jason came out and was extremely patient and professional in doing the job until it was all properly done. We were very happy with the excellent service and couldn't recommend it enough
