Shocking customer service skills the man with the bald head. Clear cleverness and arrogance when I refused to give my ID when asking about foreign currency exchange rates.

Excellent service,the staff are both very polite,and always helpful no matter what your query.and they have an excellent knowledge of all tge products they sell.and always service with a smile. Thank you to you and your staff.

We used this post office today to renew our passports using Digital Check and Send and were very pleased with the service we received.....the gentleman who served us was freindly and put us at ease and the whole process was smooth quick and efficient.... would recommend this branch service.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Went in today to change my new car to disabled class and because my certificate runs out on 22nd November he said he couldn’t change it to tax exempt and didn’t even attempt to change it on his computer. So I ended up paying £280 road tax and decided to phone dvla upon getting home who told me that the dates weren’t a problem and he should have changed it. I then took all documents to a different post office and the clerk changed the logbook, no questions asked. I’ve now got to wait for my tax refund back. So again I will not be using bolsover post office ever again as very incompetent staff!!!

Excellent service, after two failed attempts at Chesterfield branch (worst customer service ever) and Worksop branch (photo machine not working) they managed to get my driving licence id updated. So quick and helpful definitely coming back when I need anything else.Thank you

Stated as closed in 1:30, I came before that time but it was closed without consideration. I noticed a man inside and called him, he saw me but then proceeded to ignore me.

I've found the staff here all always friendly and very helpful. They've helped me sort my Passport and driving license out and made it much easier than doing it myself online. Good helpful advise on posting, travel cards and travel insurance, they seem to be very knowledgeable and have had good answers to all of my many questions over the years. Great chaps, keep up the good work!

Yet again another episode of shocking customer service from bolsover post office, demanding my wife turn all of notes the same way before placing them under the window without a please or thank you and on my phone call to them asking why they are so very rude I received a reply of don't complain here, get in touch with head office, of which I have. Shocking

I wish I could put 0 stars as I am appalled at the staff that work here. As a manager at another store, I rang up to enquire about a complaint from a customer after they were refused service here. I was met with shouting and screaming from the staff who called me a liar and to check my contract because I don’t know what I’m doing. I am so upset and disgusted at being spoken to like that. Regardless of my position at another store or my reason for ringing, the attitude and language used was completely uncalled for.
