Contacted Castle Estates to find housing for my final year at university and they were extremely helpful in finding me a really nice house. Emma was great throughout the entire process. She was very responsive and got the process of the house contract being drawn up to me moving into the house done efficiently without any delays or complications. Would highly recommend!!

We choose castle to manage our letting. They were very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable with good attention to detail. They listened to what we wanted to achieve and also satisfied any concerns we had being a first time landlord. They came in on the higher end for what we would expect to be able to achieve for rent compared to other agents we had out, they then exceeded this value and let the property within a week, couldn't be happier with their service. I was in a student house for a year and they took months to fix anything and when they had people round, they would always do a half job. Signed the contract only a day before move in, they then made me do it twice because they took too long and the request expired. Was so last minute that I had no idea if I would even have a place to live for that year. They were not helpful and I had a really bad experience living in a property run by them. Would not recommend
