Nice fresh burger. Lots of toppings and served hot and fast. You gotta pay for quality but still, they are a bit too expensive.

Great burger restaurant with lots of seating space. Ordered medium fries with was double the normal size of other modern fast food joints. I was surprised that they actually sell alcohol which is unlike other similar restaurants like MacDonalds and Burger King. I was very much impressed with the service and they were not stingy with the mayo or tomato ketchup sachets as well

The location is really good as it is opposite Ealing Broadway station so a good, easy venue to find. It is also well signed from the outside and the colours (red & white) are distinct. It is not somewhere I would return to too often. Not because of service simply because it isn't really the kinda place I would frequent, nor does it offer the kind of food i would normally choose. As it is heavy on the carbs! Was taken there and it felt a bit of a mash up between Wendy's, an American dinner, and a motorway service station! (I obviously haven't bought into the marketing). The service at the point of ordering was patient yet basic. It was ok as the team were polite and pleasant but you could see that this was fast fast food, getting through to the next person. Understandable, but as a customer paying a good amount - more service is required! The tables and decor feeels a bit tacky and 70's. Basic high use and rather similar in feel to what the losers would get on The Apprentice! So yes I think a bit more investment in comfort should be there however the business probably wants to encourage people to eat & go" rather than "eat & chill" so it probably works. The food wasn't quite to my taste as it was all rather salty for my palate however others with me loved it

Huge space and it wasn’t busy at all at 7:30 pm for dinner. The burgers were delicious and plenty of fries. Definitely the portion is more than another five guys that I went to many weeks back.I would go again for a good quick burger!

I had an amazing time at this Five Guys Restaurant. The Food was great with a variety of options. The Manager On Line Alex and Team member Mark helped me in deciding my options and providing a really quick service. I would really recommend in trying out the milkshake here. Truly delicious.

I visited Five Guys today, and there were both positive and negative aspects to my experience. On the positive side, the food was excellent as always, with delicious burgers and fresh fries. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to dine. The staff were lovely and provided quick service, which is always appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the price of a refillable drink, which cost around £4.20. This seemed quite expensive for what essentially felt like a watered-down version of the original drink. It would be helpful if they could offer more reasonable prices for drinks.Additionally, it might be a good idea for Five Guys to have set meal options instead of selling burgers individually for £8. This could make the dining experience more budget-friendly.Lastly, there was an issue when a homeless individual came into the restaurant and used multiple empty bottles to fill up with ice and drinks from the machine free of charge. While it's important to help those in need, it's also crucial to consider hygiene and safety. Providing an empty cup for the person to fill up might be a better solution to prevent the potential spread of diseases. In conclusion, I enjoyed my visit to Five Guys, but the high prices for certain items and the issue with the homeless individual using multiple bottles for drinks were concerning. I may visit again in the future, but it won't be a regular occurrence due to the cost of the products and the need for some improvements in their pricing and policies.
