My electric car has been regularly serviced at J&M for several years now. The customer service is second to none. They always keep you updated with what is happening and no unexpected bills or charges. Everyone is very friendly and takes the time to explain to you the work they have done. Highly recommended. Really great customer service and communication from Julian, Carl and team. Got my alloygators done at a reasonable price, Julian in particular was a pleasure, he helped with the booking, dropping off my car and assisting with any enquiries I had. Highly recommend!

My ford fiestas suspension was making concerning noises and they fit me in to check it was road worthy then the next working day they replaced both my rear suspension coils and front left arm even though they were busy and they only charged £350. Very happy with the services they delivered.

WATCH OUT - AVOID this place!! I took my car to J&M a week ago for a service. When I went to pick it up I was told there were “Major” issues with my car. They gave me an extensive list of issues and quoted me £5896 for the repairs. They said I needed a new gearbox urgently. When I went to pick the car up a bunch of the guys from the workshop came out to reception to see me and put fear in me saying there were so many problems detected. I left feeling devastated. I have since taken my car to another local garage who have confirmed there are NO issues with the gearbox. J&M have sadly taken advantage of a young vulnerable female and made me believe there were major issues with my car. They embellished the faults and caused me a great deal of anxiety. I’m absolutely disgusted and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs!! Google wouldn’t allow me to leave a Zero Star rating otherwise I would have.

Pretty difficult to fault these guys, just the nicest bunch you could ever wish to leave your car with.I took a vehicle in need of repair into them, received a competitive quote, and asked them to go ahead.They fixed the major problem and some other minor issues, after which they took time to clearly instruct me as to what they had done, gave me a detailed breakdown of costs, and I left a very happy man.These guys are not out to make a quick buck, they are qualified individuals who take pride in their work and I look forward to using them again.

Used J & M Automotive for a Full Service. Fantastic company with extremely helpful staff.After a slight delay collecting the car in the morning due to unforeseen circumstances, they went out of their way to make sure all the work was done and the car was returned to me on the same day.They kept in touch over the phone throughout the day to keep me updated. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful.Couldn't recommend more.
