I was well looked after by Umesh, who went above and beyond when it came to upgrading some aspects of the car. Very impressed overall and I'll be coming back for my fourth car one day.

Just bought my first car from here, the experience was great all round, the staff were very helpful at answering any question I had to ask, and also making sure i as happy at every point throughout.Charlie stood out for me as he was very attentive and respectful, even shaking my hand as he congratulated me on my new car.No complaints.

Me and my partner went about 1 week ago, very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would avoid at all costs, we are still waiting for our deposit and it’s been a week now. We went for a test drive and the sales assistant made us go around the smallest around then my wife had to reverse while it was busy to get around it. We actually clipped a lamp post because of how tight the round about was, all the sales assistant did in the car was laugh and smile about it which wasn’t funny at all. Then we found out that we had to pay for the damaged so they took half of our deposit instead, we don’t remember signing anything before we went on the test drive. I’m guessing they are making a claim on there insurance so they are leaving us with half of the deposit we gave them which isn’t fair. Sales assistant laughing and joking about someone else having a car accident aswell which isn’t funny. The manager had a talk with him and in my knowledge nothing happened. The sales assistant kept leaving as to talk to his manager a lot and we were waiting for like 20 minutes at a time altogether we were at the garage about 4 hours with no outcome.Me and my partner went to the toilet and there was no running water, we spoke to one of the sales managers and all he did was laugh about it. Don’t be fooled by the shiny cars!!Don't even deserve one star to be honest.

From the moment we walked into Junction17 we had amazing service. Everyone that walked by checked we were ok and weren't waiting for service, everyone was helpful and most importantly not pushy. It was our final visit on a not very successful car hunting day and they turned it all around for us.It was love at first sight with my A1 and Umesh was so incredibly helpful, went through all the details with us, answered any questions and made us feel very welcome, we were definitely in the right hands.Junction17 will be our first stop next time.

My wife and I have been visiting Junction 17 for a few years now and they've recently sold a high end/specialist car for us, we've nothing but the upmost appreciation for how they have dealt with us as customers with their friendly advice, professional manner and customer service.Our association with Junction 17 has been through one of their very knowledgeable sales representatives called Jamie. Her personable manner, warm and friendly character and her willingness to go that extra mile is why we return to Junction 17 time and time again. Her communication is excellent, always sending regular emails, texts or making calls. Jamie regularly updated us throughout the process of the sale which incredibly only took three weeks from start to finish.The showroom is first class, well laid out, holding excellent stock and the team are always on hand to help. The media team are incredible at showcasing the cars with their professional videos, pictures and online website. Junction 17 is the only showroom in the area where you will see a range of cars from Ford, Mazda, Renault to high-end cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Mclaren.I can't speak highly enough of Jamie and the rest of the team but if you visit them then you will certainly be well looked after and in safe hands.

Nathan came to me after arranging a time that worked, kept me updated to let me know when he’d be with me, once he arrived he checked over the car and sorted everything very quick and easily. Worst Car Showroom I’ve ever used! I bought a car from Junction 17 back in May, I noticed that the paintwork was full of swirls, which is not a problem, so I decided to get the car machine polished and ceramic coated as I got a reasonable price (£500). I booked to pick the car up a week later, so they had time to carry out the service and prep the car. Fast forward 1 week and upon looking at the cars paintwork the car still looked like it had been washed with a house brick and was full of swirls, tar, tree sap etc, what they had done was not machine polished the car and put the ceramic coat on top, which is pointless unless the paintwork had been treated and polished. The car also struggled to start also which was a fuel pump problem. I mentioned this to the sales manager (Jamie Thompson) and said bring it back in the week after and they’ll sort both the paintwork issue and the starting problem. I bring the car back a week later, I’ve traveled from Leeds which takes up majority of the day for a round trip. I asked for a courtesy car as I need a car to travel to work, when I get there the courtesy car was unfit for road use, a huge crack in the windscreen, bulbs which had blown etc. My car was in the garage for two weeks in total, I received no update on the cars progress even though I rang several times across this duration. When I finally got through on the Thursday of the second week, I was told the cars paintwork was completely sorted now and the fuel pump was getting fitted tomorrow (Friday). I was in the Lake District this weekend, but was told by the sales manager that he needed to car as he promised it to another customer. I just wanted my car back as I’d been two weeks without it, so I came to collect on the Sunday. This time on collecting the car it had been machine polished but no ceramic coating applied but I only found this out a few days later. The car still had the starting problem, so they said they will send the invoice for the fuel pump and that I could get the issue started locally around Leeds so I didn’t have to travel all that way again. So the following week I took my car to my usual car detailer and he agreed the car hadn’t been ceramic coating, so I emailed and rang several times about the issue and Jamie took sometimes days to reply and when he did he wasn't interested in the slightest, even though I attached picture of the cars paintwork. I either wanted it rectifying or a refund, I got neither. He also said he’d watched the CCTV of them applying the ceramic coat, I asked to see this and again received no reply. I have given up on chasing it now, and thought it is more important now to warm people from using this dealership in the future. The photos I have attached are 2 with the so called “ceramic coating” and 2 photos which I took this morning after my car had been polished and waxed by my detailer. I would never use Junction 17 again.
