Herdwick Willy’s Bar & Bistro
Lovely pint on a nice hot summers day. I can’t comment on the food as they had stopped serving at 5 o’clock, which is a shame as we came especially to dine. Toilets are shared with attached campsite!

Great little place to call in after swimming in Bass.We all had various waffles with ice- cream... delicious! Lattes, J2O for drinks.Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, chatty staff, beautiful surroundings, cool outside area which we used.Maybe some parasols to provide a little bit of shade.Definitely recommend a visit ☺️

Went for dinner staff messed up order a few times,pizza had way too much cheese on,ice cream was amazing i tried the mango sorbet it was delightful,there was a wide range of drinks i got dr pepper and lemon fanta.Honestly was ok but there is so many better places nearby,it was ok to try.

Popped in for a bite to eat. Cool vibe and plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. Staff very friendly and welcoming.Lots of options that sounded delicious but finally chose a pizza. It was tasty and light and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

What a gem of place nestled at the edge of Bass Lake, attached to Herdwick Croft caravan park. Selling the most amazing waffles, cakes, pizzas and THE nicest charcuterie board we have ever had! Lovely owners, staff and the decor is beautiful. Highly recommended.
