Great company for all minor or major roofing issues from small gutter leaks to re roofs and emergency call outs. Reception staff are amazing with communication, but just bear with them as times can not always be met in their busy periods when roof work is in high demand.

We had a team member round to provide a quote for a full roof re-fit. We were told we'd get the quote within the week. It's been 6 months... Tried to chase it up and was told the person had since left and that we would need to arrange another visit. We agreed to that and we were told someone would be in touch... it's been two weeks!Can't comment on the work as we never got that far!

Appointed by my housing association. After an initial patch was applied, I had to follow up full repair twice, and almost 7 weeks later it was done. Packaging of new tile and several chunks of tile/roof debris left dropped onto rear pathway. Creating trip hazard. Very poor, lazy service. Still not removed after 2 complaints to HA. Not 100% satisfied as advertised. This repair should also have been done when previous storm damage occurred.

SO HAPPY!! Had these in to do a re-roof on my kitchen extention and i could not be happier. the lads were lovely and the wife kept them fed with cake throughout the day. very professional guys and knew there stuff. would highly recommend.

Had a few guys to fix our roof leak unsuccessfully didn't work. Then a guy called Davey also his Brother came they were BRILLIANT .Worked so hard explained everything took photos and shown us what needed doing. Never had a break carried on working even though it was dark and cold. They had their van lights on so they could what they were doing.Ten out of Ten for these guys. Roof care should be proud of them and give them a Big Pat on their backs. Thankyou Davey and his Brother for giving us peace of mind at last ....

Wouldn't even give them one star but can't give them zero stars. To call them professional would be a joke.Poorly fitted new guttering to my housing association block and it leaks more water through it than the original guttering. I've made numerous complaints about them to my housing association and keep sending them back to fix" the issue. It's still ongoing and the guttering is getting worse and is now causing more damp issues in my property. Absolute cowboys"

Roofcare were appointed by my insurers for an emergency roof repair (water leaking). They arrived and attempted a very simple repair by painting sealer over a joint. The roofer said it might not work and if not they would return to effect a more effective repair. Needless to say, it didn’t work but despite many attempts, roofcare have failed to return to fix my roof.I guess they just want quick hit & run jobs and once they insurers pay out they’re not interested.Disappointing

Didn’t use their service but was catcalled in Liverpool by a man in a Roofcare van. Heads up to any women thinking of employing these guys.

This companies staff damaged my car while attending to fix a leak on my roof 12th January. The lads couldn’t be more apologetic at the time promising they where insured, for accidents like this. I was contacted Initially asking me to send photos and they would get my car booked in for repairs, Then they choose to ignore me for 2 months eventually after threatening to go though my car insurance. I was contacted again getting my car booked in at a bodyshop, Roofcare advising they would pay and arrange a hire car for myself. Sending me proof via email. The day arrived to collect my hire car, after arriving at enterprise in a taxi no hire car had been booked. Roofcare have again choose to ignore me, I have contacted Scott company director numerous times not a single reply. How can someone claiming to have won awards on their website be so rude and ignorant. They have now not only let me down wasting my time and money also the Bodyshop my car was booked in at. My car insurance will now deal with this for me. People be aware in the event off an accident if they attend your property. Absolute waste of space.
