Recently purchased a vehicle from here and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Graham and his team, Jack was the sales rep and was a gent throughout, he was very informative and friendly and guided us through the purchase and collection seamlessly. I’d asked if there was any wiggle room and Graham quickly told me he could put the price up! Joking aside, Graham did give me a tank of fuel and a little extra on my PX vehicle, although I think it was my 10 months old daughters smile that gained the extra. Graham was very informative and gave us all the facts regarding extras and finance options etc but wasn’t pushy and helped us make good choices. I’ve got a couple of services as part of my deal and although Sheffield isn’t my local dealer, I’ll more than likely be going there just so I get the chance to say hi to the team and for a coffee and a chat. After talking to Jack on the phone and him giving us an excellent professional video tour of the car we were interested in my wife and I decided to travel from sunny Scotland to view the car in person.It was Jacks day off but he made the extra effort to come in, meet us and go the extra mile to show us the car and nothing was to much effort. Easy to deal with sales team, very welcoming staff, we probably wasn’t the easiest of customers not knowing what we wanted but nothing was too much trouble for Sam showing us round multiple vehicles on several different occasions over a week or 2. Then when we found a vehicle to suite our needs they gave us time to drive it and discuss our purchase with no pressure.Would definitely recommend Volvo and look forward to picking our XC60 up soon. Great experience buying with Stoneacre Sheffield Volvo! We were forced to do a long distance purchase of our Volvo XC90 and I was a little apprehensive to say the least. The team at Stoneacre Sheffield were great from start to finish, I was sent multiple videos of the car and talked through any imperfections (we were buying a 4 year old car so this was to be expected). I dealt with Graham and Jack and was always kept abreast of progress, I was updated when they said I’d be, documentation came through when I was told it would and I never had to chase once - a rare thing when dealing with any busy business these days. Car was delivered as expected and we’re super pleased with it! Overall an extremely painless experience buying a second hand car and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
