And if your purchase or sale runs into problems, then Lucy is the person you want in your corner; her tenacity, optimism and negotiating skills are second to none.

I have just sold my house through Reality estate agents.As I had to conduct the sale remotely I was concerned that it would be problematic. Reality handled everything, advertising, viewings, recommendations for solicitors and keeping me upto date every step of the the way. The whole team is friendly and helpful. The whole team at Reality have been fantastic, in making what was quite a sensitive sale to us personally, seamless and worry free. The aftersales service is great and where Reality excel compared to the bigger agents. Danny is amazing and nothing is too much trouble! Would definitely highly recommend.

I purchased my first home through Reality and they were great, so when it was time to sell up and move on, I didn't think twice before contacting them to sell mine for me. David came straight out to view and value the property and within a week he had arranged an open house with a jaw dropping amount of viewings. He kept me in the loop the whole time and was there at all times to answer any questions I had. Millie then took over the sale and looked after me right up to completion, where Adam stepped in to ensure everything was finalised and going smoothly with the solicitors up to and on the day which helped put my mind at ease. Millie was always very responsive on emails and phone calls and kept checking in to see how I was getting on and see if there was anything she could help with or advise on.
