Proper pub. John Lennon’s favourite. Good local vibe and outdoor drinking with spontaneous live acoustic music. Subtle warning if you’ve a Tory don’t enter.

Brilliant pub right in the city centre yet in a quieter residential street. Excellent service and a nice mix of real ales to choose from. Some great political humor and some more serious on the walls to entertain you during your visit. Definitely had a more relaxing vibe than most city centre pubs and I mean that in a good way .

If you're a Beatles fan, it's a must visit landmark! John Lennon's local pup he frequented during his time at art college.

Visit this historic bar as a tourist on Sunday night. Very calm atmosphere and perfect for having a good beer. The attention that the client receives is good and was the most important thing. It was a pleasure to be in a place where John John Lennon drank beers. greetings from Spain.

One of the oldest pubs in Liverpool and used to be John Lennon's hang out ( it's where he started his first band called The Dissenters )+ They have one of the best beer gardens in the city centreIf you want to see more simply check out my video about this pub on my Instagram or YouTube pages @beerguideworldwide#stayhoppy ✌️

Loved this place. Then me and my father came in we got warmly welcomed by an very Nice Lady behind the bar. We ate Scouse and drank some cask ales. Very cozy with Al the small rooms you can sit at.
