When I called Jason he actually answered and came around to assess the job that we wanted doing quickly. He was honest about what could be saved and what work he could do and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. He came and worked so hard clearing all the established bushes and removing a tree and all the debris this caused. The next day he cleared up and then the third day removed all the stumps. They worked so hard and did such a lovely job they have transformed the space. Thanks so much!

Its been 3 weeks since Jason said he would come to start the job. He has been ignoring our calls, not responding to texts. When he does pick up, its once excuse after the other. Jason made us order 90 sqm of patio slabs and artificial grass for the 1st of June and he didnt even turn up. The only time Jason did pick up is if we called on No called ID. Absolute appalling service and communication. When he did pick up, hed say hell be there in 2 days and we would wait around all morning calling him with no answer. Today After calling him several times and texting him twice, he has finally decided to say he can’t do the job as it is “too big” for him. So why did you even accept the job in the first place and why did you not tell us straight away. I am so disgusted and this has delayed our search to find someone else. Never would I recommend to anyone.
