Northwood

We have been tenants with Northwood for more than 6 months now and we cannot recommend them more. We haven’t experienced any of the nightmare stories that people told us about letting agencies and landlords. Everyone we had been in contact with has been extremely nice and helpful. We had to have a few repairs in the last month and the agency has been amazing at fixing things quickly and efficiently. The amount of communication and consideration to our needs has been incredible.I would especially like to thank our real-estate angels Aimee and Rosalind for all the help and kindness they have given us!

We recently bought our home via Nothwood Glasgow. Kyle Robin was great from the start. He worked around our free time and was available on his days off and Sundays to respond to messages or even show the property second or third time. The process was hassle free and we can't be grateful enough to Kyle to make it this easy.

Our flat was managed by Northwood, Glasgow and we received the most prompt, efficient service. Specifically, Aimee Harle was extremely helpful when it came to repairs and communication.Northwood have been the most helpful agency we have experienced so far.

Its been a very pleasant experience of renting through Northwood for nearly 4 years. Rosalind has made it a very smooth process to getting the apartment contract ready and move in easily. Aimie has provided fantastic support throughout the tenancy and resolved any repair issues quickly. I would highly recommend this agency to future tenants!

Avoid Northwood letting company. They charged me £240 for a deep clean even though I had clearly done it myself (see photos) When we moved into the flat they had left soiled bedsheets on the beds and various disgusting stains all over the flat walls. Avoid these cowboys!

I had a really positive experience been a tenant with Northwood agency!! As an European student I thought it will be difficult to rent a flat, if you are not a UK citizen, but the people from Northwood agency made everything simpler and easier for us. I would like to say a huge thank you to Rosalind and Aimee, which they have been so kind and helpful with any issue that we might have when we moved in and when I moved out. I highly recommend them!!!
